Specializing in Home Building, Remodeling and Masonry in Northern New Jersey. Any home building project, be it residential or commercial construction, small or large construction, is an important project to the customer hiring a contractor. Construction projects, be they a relatively simple home improvement project such as a siding or roof replacement job or a vast commercial complex design and build, brings a lot of responsibility to the general contractor assuming control of the job. At Lancor Construction, we understand both the responsibility and the liability involved when we sign a home building contract, place a bid, or take control of a site. Responsibility, professionalism and customer service are what we've built and pin our reputation on. Lancor Construction has been a well-respected home builder in the Northern New Jersey area since our inception. Specializing in Home Building, Remodeling and Masonry. We believe in honesty, open communication, reliability, customer service, timeliness and managing every project we undertake in a cost effective way so that we can complete every job on time and on budget. We provide Home Building, Restoration, Remodeling and Masonry in private sectors in Northern New Jersey, and we handle everything from simple home improvement projects to commercial building construction. Our biggest assets are our talented, educated, highly experienced staff, and our dedicated, hardworking, safety conscious sub-contractors. Anyone that walks on any of our work sites exhibits the height of professionalism at all times.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gordon and his team. They were extremely professional, phenomenal craftsmen and very neat, while keeping the entire process streamlined and easy - VERY much appreciated Gordon's attention to every single detail. Through 30+ years of classes, training and experience, he has an architectural eye and the vision to know which craftsmanship and style is best suited for one's home. We can't thank him enough for the renovation of our 65 year old front porch, portico and front door. The final product is beautiful and seamless, and the improvement to our home's curb appeal is tremendous. For what it's worth, Gordon has a great sense of humor to boot! : )

Stefanie and I have always been very happy and impressed with the quality of the work of of Gordon/Lancor. Construction Group. He has excellent vision for projects and finding any problems that need to be corrected and a solid staff or workers who complete the project with no difficulty or stress. Lancor has replaced a deck for our house and fixed our attic. He has contacts throughout the industry for painting, insulation and electronics which we have used for our home over the years. He has done work for family and friends throughout Morris and Somerset County who have all been happy with the quality of his work. I cannot say enough good things about Gordon and the team at Lancor Construction. I thought we had a good vision of the work we wanted before our project started but with insightful listening and guidance from Gordon our projects came out even better than we could have imagined. Incredible finishes, attention to detail and a true project vision set Gordon and the team at Lancor far above all others!

Lancor Construction Group has been my go to for a number of home improvement projects as well as solving the biggest problem I faced as a home-owner; heat inefficiency and water in my basement. Gordon and his team quickly determined the issues we were having and now my home is dry as a bone and my heating bills have dramatically been reduced. Lancor gets my highest recommendation for professionalism, excellent work, and cost effectiveness!

Gordon of Lancor solved an ongoing drainage issue that many before him could not. After the drainage issue was resolved I was able to have him install a Belgium block apron and driveway His work is of the highest quality and his knowledge and insight are unmatched. On budget ahead of schedule can't say enough! I would highly recommend Lancor to anyone with any construction and design related project

I hired Lancor Construction to renovate a swimming pool. Gordon, owner of Lancor Construction, had an immediate impact on the project by adding some very creative ideas to the drawings. I was very impressed with Lancors capabilities. Thier masonry work is second to none. Gordon suggested a new membrane below the limestone pool deck. This allowed the deck to be built without relief joints and protects the integrity of stone through the rough northeast winters. (reducing maintenance costs) Working with Gordon was a pleasure. He can work within a given budget and his attention to detail makes the finished product exceed expectations. The job was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Lancor Construction.

We built our home with Lancor Consteuction. It was an incredible experience from the onset. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable about every phase of the project. Even after completion we continually consult and use him for new projects and upkeep. He built our home on schedule and came in on budget. We were continually surprised at Gordon's vast knowledge on everything from digging a well to picking out fixtures in the bathrooms and everything in between. If someone wasn't immediately available our calls or emails were always returned promptly. Building our home was truly a great experience and we would use Lancor again in a heartbeat. We strongly recommend them for any home project large or small. You cannot get this superior service easily and we certainly did.
