Brendan did a fantastic job finishing our basement. He was very professional and at the same time very personal, always taking into consideration our feedback to ensure the best possible outcome to ensure we were happy. Very open and easy to communicate and met his estimated deadlines on time. We would highly recommend his work and will be contacting for any future jobs.

Brendan is a true craftsman - his work is beautiful and every detail is considered and carefully decided (following consultation with the client). He recently renovated our master bathroom and the outcome is something right out of a magazine. He is also very communicative and does his best to present a realistic timeline for the project so that everyone has same expectations about when the project will begin and when it's estimated to be completed. We have used him on other projects since this remodel and hope to do so in the future.

Brendan and his team at Keystone installed new flooring for our home and we couldn't have been more impressed with the level of work that was done. From the first meeting with Brendan he did a great job at walking through what the project would entail and was very upfront with the project cost. Once we decided to move forward with the project Brendan took the time to come over and ensure that the correct product and amounts were ordered, allowing us to manage our budget closely. When the project was ready to start Brendan and his team consistently arrived on time and were great with setting up and breaking down their daily work in a neat and clean manner. As they worked from room to room and ran into the challenges of an older home, Brendan effectively communicated what he was running into and what would need to be done, all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude, even when dealing with what could have been very frustrating situations to run into. All in all, the attention to detail coupled with the positive and professional attitude of Brendan and his team couldn't have made us happier with choosing Keystone and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Keystone gave an accurate estimate. Answered and returned calls. Kept appointments. Worked quickly despite inclement weather and did excellent work. I had them remove and replace a damaged and poorly installed front door and transom window from my previous contractor's work and rebuild the 120 year old custom trim around the door. The end result is the best looking front door in town. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a skilled, honest contractor in the area.

Keystone has done a few projects at my house and that probably tells you everything you need to know as I wouldn't bring someone back who didn't put in great quality. The complete bathroom build was done with professionalism, great communication and done on-time and on-budget. Couldn't be happier and are already planning another bathroom renovation for existing ones. Recommend 100%
