Recently have completed a couple of jobs with Karma Construction Group, as a Real estate investor, they were very fair and on point. Their Team knows the process of a project, and Craig, the PM, was always on top of all their workers and subs. Jordan, the owner, was very professional and understanding of the process of a flip, especially being able to understand how to work with investors. They do everything from A to Z, and I definitely recommend them to anyone out there looking to do any home improvement. As they started doing Solar lately, I'm Currently waiting for them to do Solar on one of my projects. Thank you KCG.

Our family was looking to go solar and we based our decision off of the 4 estimates wi got from different solar companies. Out of a of these local companies we chose to move forward with Karma Construction Group and we are very happy with that decision. The installation was very quick, it was 22 panels on our two story home in NC. The slowest part was waiting for the inspection from LADWP but after that was done it was smooth sailing. I wouldn't say this company is the cheapest company but the quality is better in my opinion. We also decided to move forward with them because they only use American Made Panels which we were looking to get. Overall great experience, thank you guys!

Just had these guys redo my kitchen and bathroom in Columbia Heights. They did a real good job and gave me a discount for writing a good review! They redid the tile and installed a new vanity in the bathroom. In the kitchen they installed new cabinets, recessed lights, and all my appliances. I am happy and wanted to give these guys a shout out for their hardwork. I love my new kitchen and bathroom.

We had an excellent experience with this company. After receiving few estimates for our Kitchen remodel project from several companies Karma Home Designs was the most informative and much less expensive then the other companies. They did not pressure me at all and they were very knowledgeable and honest. The Project went perfectly. I would definitely recommend using them for any interior design projects - our Kitchen looks Amazing!!!

I have worked with many construction companies. By far Karma is the worst. They promise a lot and deliver none. They charge a lot and pay little to their subs. You can ask their subs how much they are paid for that work and check how much you paid. They charge a lot for materials. Check local stores for prices to know. If you are not good with numbers they will take advantage of you and rip off all your money. Beware of Karma construction group and its project managers.

Karma Construction Group were amazing to work with. After buying our new home we had a lot of work to do and were nervous about finding a good contractor. KCG owner responded quickly to our inquiry and spent more time than any other contractor walking through every detail of our job. KCG’s crew was always on time and did fantastic work, so much so that we ended up using KCG for our entire scope of work. KCG owner is very communicative and does a great job of providing timelines so you always know what's going on and when. Highly recommend KCG!!

Worst experience with a contract/construction company we have ever experienced. We have worked with a few DC area contractors and for the most part all have been great overall, but this was not the case with Karma. Please be aware of these people from start to finish it was a horrible experience and no parts were even ok. The use subs for all of their work, we had subs quit mid-work, and the overage charges it passed on to you. We over paid and by double the work performed in our home, was left with a complete mess (though the work was completed), we didn't get what was agreed upon and it took over 6mts. Needless to say we will NEVER work with these people and already in the works to have to ripe out the work they did and replace with another company. Don't do it to yourself....Run away now!

My experience with KHD across the organization was fantastic! They do what is agreed upon. They utilize technology at the office to make the client experience modern and efficient. They are professionals, accommodating, accountable, trustworthy, and, most importantly, did excellent work! Craig my project manager, who's customer service is stellar and has excellent communication skills, checked in with me at all times (phone/text and in-person). He made regular site visits; he knows how to lead his team and paid attention to all the details to make sure that the project was a success! Nafta, Leo, Darwin, and Ron executed the work like pros. They exceeded my expectations. They were great at the worksite: knowledgable, focused, efficient, action-oriented, and skillful. My only regret is, after a nightmare experience with another contractor, I wish I contacted them sooner. I would highly recommend KHD, and I am looking forward to working with them all on my next project!

We initially hired Karma Home Designs to install a new roof, replace our HVAC system, remodel our only full bathroom and do some small things like replace our water heater with a tankless, blow in insulation and replace a front door. The project did get finished but was a mess after the first week until everything was completed. The project (which required us to move into an apartment for the duration) took twice as long as scheduled and resulted in 4+ roof leaks and multiple ceilings replaced due to rushed work. At one point the project was delayed because the alcove that was built to hold the tub wasn't actually square so the tub couldn't fit and they had to order a new one. We eventually had to take some of the work off the schedule so we could be done with them. And don't even think the warranty will help you. We had to hire another roofing company to fix a leak in a skylight they installed after they blew off multiple appointments to come look at the issue and determine the best course of action.

I hired Karma to do an extensive, high end kitchen gut and remodel in my condo. They failed in every way imaginable to provide the management, design, quality of workmanship and materials outlined in my contract. This job was plagued by careless and stupid errors, sloppy workers who showed no respect or regard for my home or my property, endless delays and missteps, lack of effective communication, and poor to nonexistent financial management on the part of the contractor. As in, for example, my appliance deliveries were delayed over a week because despite my having paid for said appliances a month prior to the install date, Karma failed to pay the vendor. I consider hiring this contractor to be the single worst mistake I have ever made in my entire adult life (and that's saying a lot because I've made a lot of mistakes). I got zero value for over 100k spent, and there are still loose ends, defective products and damaged materials that Karma has not made good on despite numerous requests and withholding of final payment. They have also failed to respond to a complaint i filed with the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT even think about hiring this company. You'll deeply regret it if you do.
