JLC Enterprises is a well established family owned and operated business that has been enhancing homes here in Arizona for more than 30 years. JLC Enterprises is owned and operated by Jerry L. Corell and His Son-in-Law Tim P. Dolan. With over 60 years combined experience relating to remodeling and construction, we are certain that you can trust in the results of our process in remodeling your home.

Absolutely fantastic! Tim was amazing. They made sure to communicate with us every step of the way and the finished pergola is beyond what I could have imagined. They left my backyard spotless. I HIGHLY recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

I highly recommend Tim D. and his team at JLC! Here's why? First - he will show up on time for your estimate appt. Second - he will provide you a written estimate and a fair price. Third - he will provide you a detailed drawing and a list of materials. Fourth - he knows how and when to communicate and follows up. Fifth - if something goes wrong - he and his team will fix it and limit any inconveniences to you. Sixth - they provide the small things in your shade structure that make a difference (decent: outlets, switch covers; electrical add-ons: lights, fan, speaker installs) Finally - there are lots of choices in the Valley that can build you a Pergola - however JLC and Tim will do it the right way!

Tim and his crew just did a fantastic job and guided me during the entire process. His work is top notch, and he cares about his clients. I moved to AZ not knowing where to turn, and he was referred to me and I could not be happier looking at the back patio and PERGOLA. Tim did a great job with the pergola in my backyard. He was also very understanding with what we wanted the final product to look like. He's been helpful with installing a few other things such as shades that we bought but were unable to set up ourselves and everything just came out wonderfully! Excellent work from him and his team! Thank you so much for all the wonderful and hardwork!

I called Tim and scheduled him to come to my house to give an estimate for a lattice patio covering. He provided product information and noted what we wanted. Sent a email with price the following day. When I accepted he brought contract over for signature and to schedule the two part installation. Two installers arrived for each phase when scheduled, did excellent work, and completely cleaned up when done. As with Tim, dealing with them couldn't have been more pleasant. Everyone arrived within minutes of scheduled time both for meeting and installations. Couldn't have been more satisfied!

JLC Enterprise was referred to my by a neighbor. After looking at JLC's work done for others, we contacted them. Tim came out and answered every question, added ideas, brochures, everything. Everyday JLC was working on our Pergola, Tim was here working with his crew. They did an outstanding job. We would highly recommend them. Many thanks to Tim and the guys for an awesome job!

I hired JLC to install gutters and construct a new pergola patio on a side yard. Tim Dolan and his crew did an excellent job from start to clean up. He is the type of contractor you hope for when you hire someone to work on your home.

I had JLC enterprises install a pergola in my backyard. They did a beautiful job for a decent price. I even had electric added to it for lighting. During the summer, a couple of the top beams warped in the sun & they came out and replaced them. I would definitely use JLC again!

We just finished working with JLC Enterprises on a beautiful curved pergola. The workmanship is incredible and Tim Dolan and his crew were amazing both in professionalism and thoroughness to detail. We were so impressed with the efficiency and quality, we are starting a second project with them installing rain gutters. Jay & Charlene Igou 2/1/18 completion

We had JLC Enterprises install a free standing white aluma-lattice patio cover. We love it! They did a great job. Very respectful and detailed workers! Would hire this company again!

Found JLC windows using rosie on the house and to be honest I'm glad we found them. (Tim/ JLC Windows) They are Honest, clean respectful, quick. The last 3 years we have replaced multiple windows and have PLENTY more to go. The installer (Ryan) is very professional. I work nights and sleep during the day. I trust this company enough to have full access to the house if i dose off. I recommend this company every chance I get. Will be a sad day when we get the final window done.
