About 1 yr ago this past weekend, my wife and I decided in order to expand our family we would need to move. We were not decided on building or moving into an existing house. You always hear horror stories from people who have houses built. We did research on companies and JG Hause popped up. They peeked our interest amongst others. We linked up with them at the show, and we had a good vibe after leaving their booth. We could tell they cater to what you want and will work diligently with you to get it on top of being very personable. We set up a meeting with them and ever since then we started our endeavor. They listened to what we want, what we planned for the future and what we wanted our budget to be. We were very strict with our budget. Their designer hit it on the spot with what we were looking for. They worked very hard to get it within our price and they ended up doing it by our surprise. Everyone from the designer, foreman, office staff to the owner made us feel important and made sure through the process things were turning out the way we wanted them. When we had questions they replied if not the same day, then the next. The house ended up turning out wonderful and we are very pleased. The owner also did the final walk through and things that he was not satisfied with, things I didn't even recognize, he wanted corrected. You won't see the owner of Those big builder companies taking their time to come out to the house to make sure is all good. I would strongly recommend JG Hause to anyone who is looking at building. It is very clear that the craftsmanship is sturdy.
