My husband is a civil engineer who has managed large construction projects. He does not give compliments to contractors easily. So it is significant that he told me that he felt John Montoya and his crew were great. John told us initially that our bathroom remodel would take six weeks, and it was finished in six weeks! We feel John's men did quality work, they were very polite, and they cleaned up their workspace. John used technology to keep on top of the project - he installed a small camera so he could follow the progress and he provided us a dashboard for communications. He responded promptly to any communication requests, even responding to texts late at night. One important issue to us was saving the mirror, light fixture and cabinet. The cabinet had to be removed to do the tile, and I was afraid the mirror would be broken. If the mirror broke, the wall would have to be resurfaced and the light fixture replaced. I was very pleased the crew removed the cabinet without damage to it or the mirror! After they painted the cabinet it looked new! We are very pleased and highly recommend John Montoya and Innovo Builders.

Innovo Builders did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel. John Montoya was wonderful to work with. I liked the finished project so much that I hired him to remodel my Master Bathroom as well. There was clear communication from the writing of the contract until the final inspection. I highly recommend Innovo.

John, Federico and their crew at Innovo Builders did an awesome job at our full home remodel: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, electrical changes throughout the house, wall removal, new hardwood floors throughout the house and more. They were easy to communicate, punctual, attentive, had great craftsmanship and, above all, very nice people. They delivered the project on time and within our budget. In addition, given that we were not living at the house during the remodel home they installed cameras for us to keep track of things. They also worked directly with the city to get permits and inspections done without any hassle for us. We're very happy with our new home and we highly recommend John and his team at Innovo Builders.

John at Innovo Builders installed new hardwood floors and baseboards in my condo. He also installed all of my kitchen appliances as well. He was always extremely courteous and professional and went above and beyond to stay late to get everything installed. He worked with the flooring company to pick up extra supplies and did all of the pick ups himself. I would highly recommend the job that John did and would hire him again for future remodeling work.

John and team were fantastic to work with and the work they did was superb. John is patient and thoughtful and follows through. We now have engineered wood flooring with a floating installation. There was a huge gap in our concrete foundation and I asked John to present a few different options for this space. I chose one of John's creative solutions rather than bring in the jackhammer and it turned out great. When there was a delay in part of the wood delivery, John relentlessly tracked it down until the store found it (the store I chose and ordered through directly). The guys who came to our house were very knowledgeable and considerate. I highly recommend them!

We recently finished our general remodeling project in our house with Innovo Builders. Our main goal was to remove one kitchen walls and convert it into an open kitchen layout. We've been looking into kitchen design ideas for at least one year, but finally we have the chance to bring John and his team to capitalize this project. Their input was really valuable and their attention to details was outstanding. Every single thing that was discussed prior to signing the contract was delivered; no surprises, no headaches, and overall, the management and crews craftsmanship was excellent. We have a tendency to research about standards and procedures before any work starts and we found out they really know what they are doing. Having technical conversations with John helps us a lot when discussing installation and materials alternatives. I mention this because we had pretty bad experiences before with other contractors. Last but not the least, they are very friendly and respectful. We will look forward to keep working with them in the future.
