It emerged as a delivery method in the 2010 to provide a better project value than the traditional design-bid-build method — Iguana Services Inc. I have worked with Otar (Tom) in the past on a large new building construction project in NYC and he was always a hard working, honest, and friendly professional. He plans his work in detail ahead of time, so the quality comes out great and on schedule. Tom is usually reachable by phone, and on the off-chance he is unavailable, he responds back shortly thereafter. He cares about his quality of work, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he works with and making sure the client is happy. Iguana services responded quickly and professionally to help with a failed boiler. They were able to find the proper replacement, have the old one removed and install the new one all within 3 days.
