Paul Contreras was wonderful to work with. We were anxious about committing to the time and expense of a master bath remodel and he was patient, professional and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We are very happy with the finished result and know we made the right choice with Homeco. Paul did an excellent job managing the project and kept us within the timeline. We used HOMECO as the general contractor for completely remodeling our living room, utility room, and replacing flooring in bedrooms. HOMECO scheduled the demolition crew, framers, sheet rock/tape and float crew, flooring installers, fireplace rock panel installers, electricians, and plumbers. HOMECO quickly scheduled each of the contractors and coordinated the work. Paul came by often to make sure we were pleased and ensure we received the highest quality product. We are thrilled with the house. It looks great and is just what we envisioned. We strongly recommend using HOMECO if you plan to remodel your home. Reasonable pricing and quality work!

Paul was a pleasure to work with and had great suggestions to make the project come together nicely. He did a great job of coordinating the various contractors and followed through to make sure all details were completed well. Our home is a mid-century modern built in the early 1950's with a nice layout but it needed updating. We redid 7 rooms (kitchen, dining, library/office, kitchen bath, kitchen storage, laundry and playroom )and added a delightful patio. All carried out without compromising the original architect's vision but making the space much more livable and open. Pictures are different angles of our wonderful new kitchen plus shots of dining room and patio. We enjoy this vastly upgraded version of our home and will use Homeco again!

We asked several companies to bid on our replacement of cedar posts on our patio and gazebo. Paul came to our house to see what the project would entail. He also brought the team leaders to get their input and then provided a quote with an itemized budget. His quote was fair, and he addressed our concerns. Throughout the job he kept us informed of the progress and any potential problems. He was straight forward and honest. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The work was more than satisfactory and was completed on time. We plan to consider his company (Homeco) for future projects. We highly recommend him.
