Holmes Renovations specializes in home maintenance, renovations, and customization. I have rehabbed the interior and exterior features of entire homes, and have over 20+ years of experience in this industry. I can assist you with any project you need completed to enhance the beauty and functionality of your home. I will travel anywhere within Fairfield and Litchfield county. Beyond this distance a travel fee may be negotiated. It is my goal to provide all of my clients with excellent craftsmanship in a timely manner. Patrick did an amazing job remodeling all 3 of our bathrooms. He is a total professional who takes pride in his work. He’s always on time and he takes extra care to keep the work area clean. He explains everything that he’s going to do and he gets your final approval before he follows through on the work. He’s easy going and easy to work with. His rates are reasonable and he does whatever he can to make the job go smoothly. We recommend him highly.

We are so happy that we hired Patrick Holmes for our patio remodeling project. His workmanship and eye for detail are incredible and his pricing is transparent and extremely reasonable. On top of that, he is very responsive to messages and keeps the work area very clean (can't say that about many contractors these days). Our screened in patio was both an eyesore and unusable in that the doors were falling apart. Patrick transformed the area so that it is both functional and aesthetically looks like it was always part of the house. He was even able to add a dog door so our dogs can have easy access to our yard! We would use Patrick again for all of our projects and highly recommend him without hesitation!

We hired Holmes Renovations to replace our front porch and back deck. Patrick is a pleasure to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Our new deck looks great and we will definitely call Patrick again for our next home improvement project.

I hired Holmes Renovations to remodel my basement after it was flooded from a frozen pipe. They provided an accurate and competitive estimate which included everything the job required so I didn’t need to scramble and purchase things that were “out of scope” at the last minute. The job started and finished on time and within the estimated budget, without any overruns. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and consistent in every aspect, down to the smallest of detail. At the end, the job site was cleaned up and all debris removed from the property. I look forward to hiring Patrick for my future projects and strongly recommend Holmes Renovations to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality contractor.

Patrick Holmes was recommended to me by several people who said that his work was excellent, reasonable, completed as contracted, and that he personally was great to work with and very honest, trustworthy, neat and organized. My husband and I found him to be all that and more. He renovated our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring on our main floor and basement, and painted additional rooms. He also replaced all our thermostats throughout the house along with all our smoke alarms. He completed all this work in under 9 weeks. In our opinion, 5 stars isn't enough for Patrick Holmes. We will have him back in the future to work on additional improvements. His assistant, Paul was also wonderful to have around. You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with Patrick Holmes (Holmes Renovations).

We hired Holmes Renovations to work on a window replacement and rotten wood repair job. A leak had caused fairly substantial rot around this particular window and everything needed replacement (framing, subfloor, siding, etc). I received a quotation for the work that was very fair. The repair and window replacement job was carried out professionally and quickly. I watched them work and they did a perfect job. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work everyday. When I asked for something to be done in a certain way they accommodated my requests. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Thank you Holmes Renovations!

Patrick is a great contractor. He is very conscientious about his work. He is always punctual and precise in what he does. I would highly reccomend him and will be having him back to work on a new project!

Patrick did a tremendous job on our kitchen renovation! Patrick was always on time, exceptionally clean, and affordable. He also finished the job on the timeline. We will definitely hire Patrick for future home renovations. For us, having someone we could trust in our house was really important; Patrick is that person.

I wanted to replace a whirlpool bathtub with a walk in shower, swap out all the fixtures and hardware in the bathroom, and paint to match the new tile. Patrick's price was the best of the estimates I got and he was highly recommended. He was easy to work with and gave me good advice whenever I asked his opinion. He left the area super clean each day and did beautiful work. I love my new bathroom! I highly recommend him and will call him again when I have other projects.

We hired Holmes Renovations to do some tiling work in our entry way, hallway and laundry room. Patrick did a wonderful job. The workmanship was beautiful and we are so happy with the end result. Patrick was prompt, courteous and kept to the agreed timeline and budget. He was also very patient with my 2 young boys who were very intrigued by the project. You would never know that we were having renovations done as Patrick kept all the areas clean and organized. The master bath is the most beautiful room in the house and Patrick did a wonderful job.

I wanted wall removed to open up between the dining room n kitchen n make space for a breakfast bar n storage. Patrick came in a couple days to talk it over. He was prompt! Within 2 days he had an estimate to me and a time frame. When I changed my mind, same thing, came quickly, replied quickly and gave me a time frame for the work. Patrick kept to the schedule throughout the project. He worked not only efficiently but neatly, leaving as little dust and no debris behind. He was easy n accommodating with all "my"moving mess, and my cats. The work was done quickly and done right. It is "quality carpentry". It looks beautiful! Patrick made sure to finish off not only neatly but made things sturdy so I can add a shelf for my collection with assurance it will be sturdy. His attention to detail n thoughtfulness for my ideas is allowing me to create the home I envisioned. And at a reasonable & fair price. I am very happy with Mr Holmes' work. Thank you so much!
