CELEBRATING OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY 2000 - 2020 ... Vision. In the most literal terms, vision is our sense of sight. We use our vision to see the world as it is, to see what’s in front of us. But there’s another kind of vision. One that requires looking past what is and imagining what could be. At Hogan Design and Construction, we had a vision. One that required looking past the traditional way most companies build. We looked past an overly aggressive landscape of competitive bids and “free estimates” that made construction both confusing and intimidating. We imagined a process that starts with building a relationship from which expectations are understood, embraced and eventually surpassed. We saw beyond an industry slow to adopt new technologies. We dreamed of a world where the latest digital tools keep projects moving forward and everyone involved, engaged and informed. Then we did something truly visionary. We made it a reality.

When we started our process to remodel our kitchen and first floor, we interviewed multiple contractors. Hogan Design & Construction was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, however, first impressions define everything. Hogan presented well, communicated better than any company I’ve ever been engaged with, maintained a schedule for the defined work scope, and held to the agreed-upon budget. Doug, our Production Manager, delivered exponentially on Hogan’s desire to experience the difference and surpass expectations. Throughout our 8-week project, Doug communicated with us every day and we knew exactly what to expect and who would be at the house. The subcontractors used by Hogan were very trustworthy, their craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Hogan is our contractor of choice for all home projects.

Working with Hogan for our first floor remodel has been perfection! The design and quality of the work as well as the products used is exceptional. Every person who walked through our door was polite, friendly and professional. The Hogan service and communication is outstanding! Our project manager, Doug, consistently went above and beyond. He followed through on everything and made sure we were happy with the project throughout the eight week process. Doug kept our remodel on schedule and on budget. We could not be happier with the finished product and the experience.

Working with Hogan Design has been a pleasure. We have not yet started the Constuction phase, but the design experience so far has been very professional and pleasant. We had a 2nd floor remodel project in 2022. A half bath was completely torn out and made into a full bath, all the flooring was replaced, all walls painted, and steps resurfaced. The design team worked with me to make my ideas come to life; a few details were lost in the process, but in general I got everything I wanted. The project manager was excellent - I'd recommend Jon anytime!

From start to finish everyone was professional, respectful and friendly. I liked that they took their time to make sure everything was ready to go before starting the project. They started on time and everything went smoothy. They listened to what I had to say and responded promptly when I had any questions. Any problems that came up were relayed to me immediately and we were able to solve them right away. I would recommend Hogan to anyone who need repair or remodeling work done at their home.

When looking for the right construction company to complete our first floor remodel, it was very important for us to choose someone who was meticulous, communicative, honest, organized, and professional. We have three small children, and it was necessary that we chose someone who maintained a schedule, stayed on track, and kept a clean workspace, as we were living at home through the majority of the project. Hogan promised all of this and they 100% delivered. From start to finish, we were blown away. From the detailed design and planning process, to the quality product and workmanship we received from Hogan and their contractors, we could not be happier with our completed project. We were so pleased with our project manager, Mike, who was fair, honest, and extremely considerate of our family during the renovation. We will absolutely be using Hogan in the future for remodeling projects.

We used Hogan to do a remodel of our basement bar. We worked with Brian directly, and we couldn't be happier with the job that was done. The bar turned out better than we could've imagined and it was the easiest and stress-free process working with Hogan. I spoke with Brian constantly, working through little design changes and after thoughts, and communication was always fast, professional, and productive. It really could not have gone any better and we have already received many compliments on the end product. I cannot recommend Hogan Design & Construction enough, and Brian specifically, if you really want something unique and high quality without any stress or headaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and will be enjoying our sleek new bar for many many years!

My company had the privilege of working alongside Brian and his team at Hogan Design and Construction for a New Home construction build that required several points of accessibility and mobility throughout the entire home. From day one until our part of the build was completed, the communication, follow-up, quality of work, and teamwork exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to work alongside Hogan Design for any future projects that may come up. HDC has done several miscellaneous projects at my home. Their level of quality and attention to detail is unmatched. I would recommend HDC to anyone looking to get work done no matter how big or small the project may be.

After much inquiry and research, determined that HDC was the most qualified and committed to performing my proposed changes. They always made time for planning, responding to my questions or clarifications. The work performed was always top quality and if there were issues they were addressed very quickly and and adjustments agreed to with me. The end result was exactly what we had discussion and agreed on.. An extremely professional and broadly skilled in all the areas I needed. Would diffidently use again and recommend to others.

Excellent. Project Manager John Vendafreddo walked us through every step. He met with us before any work was done. He then followed up with us and the workers throughout the demo of the old deck, reconstruction of the new deck, and the staining. Great job. You get what you pay for, and then some!

Comentado: what flooring is this?Hi Katrina, 1/4 sawn and hewn white oak, custom color 6”/8”/10” mix. This is finished in the field to this color as this product comes unfinished. Let me know if you have any other questions.
