Wasted our time on two different occasions. We requested an estimator to come quote us on a home renovation. The first appointment we were told the gentleman in which we were to meet with had a flat tire on the highway (plausible and understandable). H18 was supposed to call us back to reschedule but did not. We called them for the reschedule. The guy was supposed to be to the house today, but again didn’t make it within the specified time. DO NOT move your schedule around to accommodate this company. You will be let down. Highly unprofessional company. They lost us as potential customers.

When I had questions regarding different things, he always got back to me right away. They built us a new master suit and expended our family room, in total we added about 650 square feet to our home, and they did such a great job matching everything to the existing house that our room addition blends right in. I had my fair share of remodeling projects and I can honestly say this was my best experience to date!

Job entailed gutting the living area, altering the trusses to raise the ceiling, creating additional living space in what was part of the lanai, raise that floor to match the house, cutting the concrete to re-plumb for a laundry room and kitchen island. I was to paint and build the kitchen and trim after they got it in drywall. Their communication and organization was outstanding. David originally said he didn't think this should take much more than a month to do and he finished in 5 weeks! All other contractors said around 2-3 months. I am so happy I went with H18 Construction.

Micheal The designer added a lot of value giving us more functionality and storage plus improved the look /appeal of our addition from the street. The building team were very courteous but most importantly very good. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and rubbish was removed. The job was finished as per the contract price and on time without any defects. We have since had very heavy rain and storms and have no problems at all. One small problem was ill fitting fly screens but when we raised this with H18 Construction they organized for the fly screens to be replaced. If you are looking to stay in your home and just need to add a couple of extra bedrooms/bathrooms then I would highly recommend H18 Construction. It has made such a difference to our lives.
