Gibson Family Construction is an outstanding group of professionals. They worked closely with my designer, pool contractor, and the numerous trades involved in my remodel project which included a new kitchen, master bath, updated exterior, flooring, paint, pool, deck, and landscaping. We remained in the home for the duration of the project and the entire team was respectful and kept the work areas as clean as possible. I was very comfortable with the individuals they hired to assist in the project: plumbers, electricians etc. It was very clear that they just wanted me to be happy during the process and with the end result and their efforts are much appreciated. I highly recommend GFC!

In December, 2014, the renters in my unit notified me of a weak bathroom floor and what appeared to be moisture in the walls surrounding the tub. As I was out of the country at the time, the task of addressing the issue was quite complicated. A friend came to my rescue by recommending the Gibson Family Construction with high praise. I contacted Gibson Family Construction explaining the situation. They responded immediately and made arrangements with the renter to enter the property for an evaluation. They then provided me with a "Scope of Work" which delineated in detail the work that had to be done to fix the problem. This was accompanied with a "Construction Contract" which contained a description of the work to be done, the contract price including parts and labor, schedule and terms of payment, and a time frame in which the work would be completed. Included was additional valuable information that protected me in a variety of ways. Throughout the process, they sent me pictures of the progress being made and again when the work was completed. Not only were the renter and I thrilled with the quality of their work, but also with their professionalism, integrity, and friendly way of relating to us. I am so grateful to have found the Gibson Family Construction and will definitely work with them when the need again arises in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repair. I hired Gibson Construction to remodel a kitchen, master bathroom and raise the ceiling in another bathroom. The projects started as stated proceeded as per schedule. Two stages of the work required close coordination with a cabinet shop which was done very professionally without any delays.
