Beware! I was sold too much tile. They were also the highest priced for installation versus the three other companies. Almost 1/3 of my order was not needed. I knew that I could not return the opened box which had one tole taken out of it, but when I asked to return the whole box worth 550, I was told that I could only return it for 30 days. With back orders in the construction world these days that is virtually impossible. Neither was I told that upfront. Other tile shops have 90 day return policies. I spoke to the manager and he agreed to accept it. I had my husband return the tile the next day. He was give 50% of what I paid for the tile. I was told that was the restocking fee. There are two bathrooms that need to be redone at my house. I live nearby but will never spend a cent there again and will tell others about this. It seems like a bad business decision.

I can not say enough good things about Exceed Floors! We gutted our master bath, replaced all flooring in our home, and redid our kitchen backsplash. From start to finish Haig was hands on and so very helpful. We absolutely love the finished product!!!

I just finished a complete kitchen remodel with Exceed and could not be happier! Haig and Hawley were a huge help as I made decisions, pulling samples and putting them together for me numerous times so that they were ready for viewing when I walked in the store, always offering very helpful guidelines and design advice. Since they have such a huge selection, having them make some initial suggestions kept me from being overwhelmed. They also came to my house, both before and after the installation—first, to help me make choices and, then, to see the completed project. I have also carpeted four bedrooms and the basement with them and am about to carpet the rest of the house. They will always be my first choice!

This location has great bathroom and kitchen designer skills. They utilize world wide resources that include marble, quartzite, slate, travertine and granite stone products from some of the top suppliers in North America. Their installation expertise and understanding of stone tile and slab product characteristics are comforting and so important when decorating your home with timeless options!
