I had a gut renovation of an old apartment in a tenement building done during Covid and would still recommend Eddie. This a serious business with excellent professional and personable people. The job is high quality and what I appreciate the most, done with pride. Communication is pretty okay comparing to the overall contractor's reputation. With patience and understanding, the results are super satisfying and beautiful. I am very proud of my apartment and enjoy all the elements I can look and touch everyday.

ETBK did a great job in renovating our bathroom. During the renovation Ed's team also found and repaired a few underlying structural problems that we had been unaware of, without adding significant cost to the project. Eddie renovated our bathroom and kitchen and did a fantastic job! His foreman Frank was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to customize as we went along. They made very helpful suggestions that we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. We got so many compliments on the work when it was finished and we loved living in our new space.

I am so happy my mother hired ETGC to do the renovation for the second floor apartment, after the tenants left. At first I didn’t even want to move upstairs because it was such a disaster. But after meeting with Eddie, and talking through my vision and all the details, I immediately knew I was going to be very happy with the finished project. Eddie had some great ideas and his help through it all has been nothing short of a miracle after all was said and done. The apartment was completely demolished, down to the boards, and all was made new. All new electric and plumbing, along with all new walls and installation. I cannot believe the transformation. It is truly everything I had envisioned, and Eddie helped make that a reality. Frank the foreman, was so great and helpful right from the start. He gave his ideas also on what would be best to meet my needs. The team at ETGC were not only professional, but also very accommodating, and respectful. They were also very clean! Eddie and the team were patient with me as there were times I changed a couple of things here and there. And they always gave me great advice as to what would be best for me as well as for the house itself. I’m absolutely so thankful for the way it all turned out and how beautiful my new apartment is!! Eddie is a true professional and made a stressful home remodel an enjoyable one. Upgrading and replacing all lighting and all new electric throughout whole apartment. including all new doors, windows and walls throughout entire apartment. Complete gut of kitchen and bathroom with insulation. I also appreciate all the little extra things that needed to be done along the way, that you took into consideration and were very fair about. Great service and quality work! Eddie answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. I was updated throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend.

Don't use or trust this contractor -- they started a job to repair a leaking pipe in the bathroom. As part of the contract, they were supposed to finish painting the ceiling where the leak was but never bothered to return to finish the work. Despite being paid the full amount due, the contractor never returned my calls or email to complete the work. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a trustworthy contractor.

I live in Bklyn and preferred to hire a local contractor. I chose ETGC and I’m glad I did! Their price was reasonable and they were fast, clean and consistent. They didn’t mind working after hours or on Sats. The foreman, Francisco, would explain why an idea I had would or wouldn’t work. I didn’t use an architect. But, they were experienced enough to work off a sketch that I drew. Eddie, the owner, knew what size whirlpool and shower would fit perfectly in my space. He has a great eye for color. He helped me select the perfect blue tile and ceiling paint that matched my blue 48” vanity. When I got impatient and went and bought a 36”medicine cabinet., they didn’t say a word. After they installed it and I saw how horrible it looked, I had them change it to a 48” mirror. I didn’t hear any “I told you so’s!” They just did what they had to do. They were patient with me, and kept me informed of and corrected any problems or issues. I’d HIGHLY recommend them.

Eddie and his team worked hard to transform my cramped bathroom into a beautiful and much more functional space. Eddie communicated well with the co-op and neighbors to allay concerns, and with me on decisions large and small. His team, especially Francisco who supervised much of the day-to-day, were skilled and careful, and took pride in the job almost as if they were doing it for a family member. They were able to offer solid advice on what they would recommend while also understanding my design choices. Very happy with the end result!

E.T. Construction, Inc. is an excellent home renovation business in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I was looking for someone to redo my bathroom at a fair price. I was in no rush to start this project. However, I was able to speak to the owner, Eddie Torres, after hearing about him through word of mouth in the neighborhood. I viewed his social sites as well as the website, and I was impressed. I called the number that was provided, and he picked up immediately. After our conversation and viewing his work, I was committed to starting this project. I hired E.T. Construction, Inc., to complete my bathroom from start to finish. He provided me with a professional team. Also, he delivered the proper step by step information along with a draft layout of my bathroom. Eddie and his team were professional as well as respectful, and they answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with them, especially knowing they understood the work I wanted. They completed the job within a month. I have to say, it was true serendipity to have found E.T. Construction, Inc.

Very professional....and affordable. With just a few images and sketches ET Construction brought my barbershop vision to life! They do excellent work! Very clean and organized.
