Roland, the owner, and Nandi, the project manager, were instrumental in making the construction process smooth and efficient. I started working with Era Construction & Design after a failed job with a previous contractor who left the interior of my house completely demolished without anything functional. I was in a pretty bad place after losing a lot of money with this previous contractor and basically having no way to live a normal life in my own home. So naturally I was very reluctant to start working with any other contractor, let alone pay any upfront non-refundable deposits. But after the first few days I could tell that Roland and his team have no interest in ripping me off. They were transparent about the whole process and they completed the job successfully. Fun fact, both me and my next door neighbor starting doing remodel work in our condos at the same time. So after a while we met on the hallway and we were talking about our experiences. My neighbor got curious so he asked if he can see the apartment. I invited him in and immediately, as he entered, he noticed the tile work, doors and paint job. He was really impressed with the place and the funny thing is that I wasn't even finished remodeling. So yeah, I think that sums it up nicely. A little more on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

What a blessing Luxury Remodels has been! We had to replace three bathrooms, kitchen floors in our home (incredibly stressful), and MT construction helped guide me through the entire process. We are so glad that we hired Roland to do the renovation of our primary bathroom. He and his team did an excellent job. Roland was always available to go over project details and even to give his expert opinion on other projects. For example, he helped us solve an unrelated leak in the patio and living room, which we are so grateful for! Additionally, every specialist in his network, everyone that came to our house during the project was very professional and polite. We will be working on additional projects with him and his team in the near future.

When most people are asked, "Hey, do you like the contractor you used on your house?", the answer is usually a resound, "No!" I am happy to say that when asked this question, I can answer with, "Absolutely!" It can be very difficult to find a good contractor in South Florida who is accountable, reliable, communicative, detail-oriented and dedicated to their craft. Roland and his team are a diamond in the rough. We were so pleased with how enthusiastic Roland was about our project. Instead of presenting issues, Roland always presented solutions.. and oftentimes his solutions were even better than what we had originally planned. Roland always does what he says he's going to do, and he goes well out of his way to ensure that his clients are comfortable with the process and happy with the result. Roland is one of the best GC we have ever known, very knowledgeable and willing to help. All of his workers are good and respectful people. PERFECT QUALITY & FAST WORK I called at last 10 contractor then I decided to make a deal with Roland. He was very professional and kind all the time. How I remember the guy name who was working on my kitchen and bathroom he was Frank and did such an excellent job also thank you for your patient!! Highly recommended these guys!!
