When we began our project we were new to construction. We braced ourselves for horror stories like cost overrun, schedule overrun, lack of communication and transparency. All things that are apparently rife in the industry.
I'm thrilled to tell anyone who will listen that ERC was phenomenal and we encountered NONE of the problems other people complain about with their contractors. Just the opposite. Every person at ERC from the owners to the PMs to the construction workers were 100% professional, caring human beings who did amazing work. We are so happy with our house and feel grateful to have worked with ERC.
They have our full trust and endorsement.

I'm an interior designer based in the Bay Area, CA, who had the pleasure to work with Elton R Construction for my client's second home remodel in Boulder. Working on a project long distance can be very challenging, but Elton R Construction made my job easy and was able to translate our vision into reality, while at the same time staying within the established timeline and budget. They were very reliable, great communicators (loved their end of the week summary), honest, accommodating, and most importantly, they stand behind their work, and the quality of the work is outstanding. A pleasure to work with and they have my highest recommendation!

Elton completed a full interior remodel of our home in South Boulder, and we would definitely use them again. They were responsive, fair, honest and dedicated to completing the job with high-quality craftsmanship. They worked through any issues that came up (which always do in a remodel!). The team was extremely qualified, and we enjoyed working with them.

We have had many projects done over the past 15 years, very big and small. This was our first time using Elton R Construction for a full exterior update. I only wish we would have found them for our past projects! Experience was great! The caliber of work was great, and we provided some challenging request. Our GC, Zach, was stellar! Had his eye on every detail, communicated often and clearly. Just a fabulous and well needed experience with a construction firm. We will be using then for a future full kitchen renovation!

After hearing the outstanding reviews from the owner of exquisite kitchen design, my boss, I was excited to pull Elton and his team onto a large, high end remodel in the Boulder area. They superseded my expectations, which is very rare. More importantly, our client was pleased with their performance. They were polite, courteous, clean, on time and always considered the opinion of the designer and homeowner.
In a custom, design built world, their attention to my design was clearly shown to me with every detail reviewed and precisely executed.
Bravo! Bravo!!
I highly recommend Elton and his team! They are the best I've found in the Boulder area! I am looking forward to many more!

Matt and John and the crew at Elton R Construction did an amazing job for us building a new side deck on my parent's house, to match the existing back deck. They were (super) prompt, professional, friendly, and the work looks *fantastic*! They took care of every detail from the ordering the custom door to trim and inspections. We couldn't be happier. Elton R Construction was recommended to us by our kitchen designer Diane White of Studio 3 in Boulder. How fortunate we were to have him as our contractor, he was in every way professional, courteous, responsible and always correct in his scheduling and timing.
His crew did an amazing job on our kitchen, their work was exceptional, Anthony and Jeremy were wonderful to work with, very professional clean and organized, also Samantha in the office kept us uptodate on the timing of the whole job abs was very easy to work with.
Elton hired all the sub contractors for our re modeled kitchen and we were happy with all of them, they worked together as a team to complete our work in a very timely manner.
I am so pleased with Elton's work that I am ready to hire him for our next project. I would recommend him for any work that you are thinking of doing.

We had Elton Construction do a complete remodel of our kitchen. It began with a complete demolition of our existing kitchen, working from the ground up to create a new space. It was not a simple project and required creative problem-solving along the way. The work was impeccable, everyone associated with the project was professional and wonderful to have around and responsiveness to any concern or question was instantaneous. We have been involved with several construction projects and this was our very best experience. We will definitely have them do any future work we may have.
