We worked with Ron Ellish and the team for ~18 months on a renovation in Bocaire Country Club, after he was recommended to us. We met him and his architect after closing, & had the initial plan drawn up there and then (much better that our vision, but exactly what we wanted). From then, we worked closely with the architect, Ron, Melissa, our brilliant project manager, and Dan, our excellent site manager. As usual in renovations, the scope evolved, there were many changes, and several challenges. Ron & the team worked closely with us, managing the first 8 months remotely, until we moved to Florida. They were super-communicative, & always ensured issues were resolved to our satisfaction. They connected us to quality suppliers, & Melissa worked with us on the selections. We moved in June, although not 100% finished, Ellish builders continued to work to get the last few things finished, and often went above and beyond. As always, there were snags to resolve and they have continued to impress us with their dedication to achieving the “Ellish” standard of work, finish, and satisfaction. I’m sure we drove them crazy, but everything was handled with patience and excellence. The house has turned out much better than we ever imagined - we are delighted. The only downside is we will miss working with the Ellish team! Based on our experience, if you need a first-class building team to support and lead you through the process from A-Z, we would not hesitate to recommend the Ellish team.

Ellish Builders was engaged for a major renovation of our single family home. It was a complicated job and Ron and his team did an excellent job. The work was well done, on time and on budget. Certain pre-existing conditions caused difficulties, but when they presented themselves, Ron and his very professional staff had innovative and cost saving solutions. The team was responsive and anticipated problems before they arose. His billing was also timely and accurate. I recommend Ron and his team without reservation or qualification.

I hired Ellish Builders as a General Contractor to renovate a recently purchased home in Delray Beach. Job scope included gutting Master Bedroom and Master Bath as well as total redo of two additional baths, replacing all doors with full height doors, replaced all sliders with modern hurricane proof sliders. They provided a detailed estimated by all phases and trades and were flexible with changes. While I usually rely on Architects for decisions, they were very helpful in recommending practical applications and adjustments. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Renovations to my home were made while I was away for the summer. The renovations included a new kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, pool area, and all new windows and doors.
