Yes they renovated my old bathroom into a a beautiful new bathroom. Great people to welcome into your home and make it more comfortable and beautiful. Bobbie and Bob are wonderful people who I just loved working with. Their workers Chris and Christopher are excellent and did a fantastic job. I'm looking forward to them coming back and doing even more. I highly recommend them.

I have been working with the East End Renovations for years on all kinds of issues, large and small relating to my Hampton house. I rely on Bob Miller for advice and execution and have never been let down. His team is amazing and shares Bob's view of everything can be done timely, correctly and for a reasonable cost. East End Great Renovations renovated my master bathroom to an elegant, magnificent, functional addition in my new home. Bob and his decorator were wonderful. The workmanship was well above average. His suggestions and expertise were well taken. Bob and his staff were professional, efficient, neat and true craftsmen. After the bathroom renovation, I decided to have Bob install wood flooring throughout my home. It looks magnificent. great company very knowledge about town codes great professionalism work quality is great and meets deadlines and is great with budgets. great Renovation has done many jobs for us Bob and Bobbie know the in and outs in construction when the job is done you will be so happy for they clean up beautiful. they are license in suffolk and nassau. and they are well known in the east end they are also bonded.

In May 2017 our home in the Hamptons was renovated by Bob Miller. The workmanship, professionalism and his knowledge was the BEST we have ever encountered. We have worked with numerous contractors in the past, but have never worked worked with someone who was so meticulous and precise. (Very neat as well). We redid the basement and recreated it into a den with a bathroom. Also we redid our kitchen. Everything came out beautiful and perfect. Enough words cannot be said about Bob. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention his wife Barbara who works along side with him in the creative side. She is an interior designer who has a lot of good ideas she is very patient and is talented as well. I highly recommend this company!!

This is going back 2 years...I was wanting to renovate my childhood home after my parents and brother passed away,,,I wanted to go back to my home , but I wanted to go back with a new look to it...So we decided to get estimates for it....I went through 5 contractors and no one and I mean no one made any kind of connection with me and my partner..Their prices were out of this world and they weren't doing the work that we wanted to be done....I was giving up on this renovation until a friend of mind recommend East End Great Renovations....We made the appointment with them , and this was going to be the last appointment I was going to get . Well I couldn't believe the connection that we got from the moment we met.. Mr.Bob Miller is the contractor and Mrs.Bobbie Miller is the designer .Me and my partner was so impressed by them...They listen to what we wanted, They give us different ideas . We sat and talk over this renovation for sometime...When the estimate came in we couldn't believe it...We had a whole house renovated by Mr, Bob Miller and Mrs. Bobbie Miller couldn't be happier...Bob make this renovation to my childhood home easy on me....He knew that I would be upset when I came in to the house while he tore it apart.,, I mean walls came down, ceilings came down ...He went down to the studs... But when i walked in to it by myself ..He made sure that it was cleaned up and there was nothing left around. That would make me upset more. No tools, no saw dust, no ladders, He was the most considerate contractor I have ever met..,,, He was a god sent,... When the renovation was completed, we couldn't believe the job this man did....He is a perfectionist...And Bobbie help us out with the colors for the decor.. She help us pick out the colors for our Kitchen, Living room , Bedroom, all the flooring, ceramic tiles...All the colors flows right into each other....Everything was done so beautiful...They both went above and beyond to make us happy. I would recommend them highly...They are honest, caring and loving people...I thank god every day that we met them ....Now two years later they have become family and friends to us...God Bless them....Job well well done...We couldn't be anymore happier in our new home....One more thing...They even made a disk from the beginning of the renovation to the end... What I forgot to mention also is that the house is 60 yrs old... Bob took pictures of the before and after. Pictures of what was hiding behind the walls , ceilings..so he can show us ...and how everything was fixed...Like I said he is a perfectionist .. Thank you once again Mary and Fran

Bob Miller has done a wide variety of excellent work for us in East Moriches for about six years. Bob is a highly skilled technician. It seems he can do just about anything. He took down a wall to enlarge our kitchen, installed stone in the space between the two rooms and laid new wood flooring. The stone was the perfect solution to joining two sets of flooring that ran in different directions. The other room had a wall-to-wall bookshelf that had been in place for decades. Bob was able to take it apart and put it another room so expertly we didn't have to repaint it. Our house was the original 1836 farmhouse on our street and had a very low entry door into the kitchen. I smacked my head too many times. Bob figured out how to open the doorway without cutting the roof. He's done small jobs like replacing a medicine cabinet and totally unique projects like installing an Adirondack style seven-foot tall cedar gate to keep out the deer at the end of the driveway. Bob had never done anything like this before, but he was totally game. We used cedar from the property, cutting 20 foot branches down to one and two foot sections that made an artful gate – glueing, notching, screwing, nailing, doweling. We could not have been more thrilled with the way it turned out. Cars stop and look at it all the time. Bob also installed the plastic deer fence surrounding the entire one acre property. And, later he made an artful cedar railing for us. Piece of cake. Bob's prices are very fair and he stands behind his work. He's very responsive, will come over at a moment's notice, and even checked the house for us during last winter's terrible freeze. I couldn't recommend Bob with more enthusiasm, except if he gets too busy to work for us!

The great people at East End Great Renovations have been behind all of the improvements made to our house over the past two decades. They replaced creaking stairs from the fifties with floating oak that has withstood dozens of trips and up and down every day for many years. They installed new affordable flooring when we needed it, and better flooring years later when we could afford it. They renovated our bathrooms, corrected the sag in our roof, reinforced a notched support beam with custom-cut steel, wired our living room for more speakers than is sensible, straightened and fixed and installed more things than any of us can remember. They even went to bat for us with the company whose dark flooring we bought when it scuffed white (looking like scratches) even before the protective layer was removed—and it should be said that we insisted on that company even though they urged us to work with one of the companies on the island that have a proven track record of customer satisfaction. East End Great Renovations prices fairly and accurately—they have always tried to find ways to get the supplies and materials at a lower cost than we could ourselves, and they only provide estimates for the work we ask to be put in the estimate. Unlike an HVAC company we used who charged us for work they did not do because the salesperson said they could handle it but the technician thought otherwise, East End Great Renovations adds and subtracts from the estimate and invoice based on what we decide to do. When we loved the crown molding they installed to hide the speaker wires in the living room, we had them install it throughout the first floor, and that was added and never assumed. When we decided at the last minute against moving the toilet in a bathroom renovation, that expense and its associated expenses were taken off. As a small business owner, I always appreciate companies that deal straight and help me plan and budget accurately. This review is already getting too long, but I mentioned companies that East End Great Renovations did not refer, but their referrals are too important to skip. East End Great Renovations doesn’t do everything, which is why we hired that HVAC company. Like the flooring supplier, we did not use a referred company because the referred HVAC company said they couldn’t do what the ‘mistaken’ salesperson at the company we hired said they could—in hindsight we would have saved money and grief had we gone with the referral. When we have gone with the referral, the results have been excellent. Our water heater was replaced by a master plumber who made sure we had a great, properly-sized model, and he repositioned it to maximize space in a tight boiler room. They introduced us to a painter who could do in a day what would have taken us a week. And we finally wizened up and went to them for suggestions on where to go, like for new pendant lighting in our dining room. TL;DR – They’re excellent at what they do, they’re upfront and accurate with their pricing, and they know where to shop and who to hire for anything they don’t do themselves.
