Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful in what was best for our vision of an outdoor oasis. We were kept informed of timelines and when our awning would be installed. The installers were great, even working in a massive rain storm to get it done. From beginning to end, the process was flawless. We are very happy with the end result.

I have known Doug Gibson for more than 30 years, since the time he provided home construction services for my parents home. Doug Gibson's team has taken care of my house, including new construction and new sun setter installments for the past 15 years. We were so thankful for the timely service we received from Doug . A gust of wind swooped up a cooler and a chair and broke both arms of our awning. Doug was out and completed the project before I had my coat off from work!!!

Thank YOU for reviewing our awning repair and warranty service for your damaged awning. To be honest, how your wooden, hardside cooler AND a chair ended up getting stuck in your awning and was being held by a broken awning still has us scratching our heads to this day.

No matter how it happened though, Your All-Weather Warranty covered your replacement parts for you. It is stories like this one that are a testament to how Awesome a warranty (that has the customer in mind) can be.

The company removed in existing electric awning system installed by Costco and replaced it with a newer and more aesthetically pleasing version. The work was done on time, professionally, and the work was very clean and not disruptive to our living at our home.

Excellent product Courteous & friendly Explained every detail of the awning, install & warranty Respectful of my property Helped to lower my energy costs. We installed 2 awning across the back of my home. We have direct sun for about 8 hours. What a difference it made

Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises Inc. is an excellent Sunsetter Dealer. They installed 2 large Sunsetter Awnings for us in 2016 and did an excellent job. They are well respected as high volume dealers by Sunsetter Awnings. They have also done annual cleaning and maintenance on my Awnings. Doug and his son Todd are great people. They stand behind their products. I would recommend them highly.

DL Gibson Enterprise are EXPERTS at their work. The quality is the best, their service is the best, the coaching and design services are the best. They built me a block patio and after 3 years it is like new. The Sun-setter awning they installed works great. Can't say enough good things about this company.
