Diament Builders was founded in 2005 as a full service construction firm by second generation builder Evan Diament. A lifetime of growing up in the construction industry, a Bachelors in Construction Management, and working on some of the finest built homes in the country has honed a complete understanding of proper and complete construction processes.

Evan Diament was fantastic. Really exceeded our expectations. Performed major renovation on Sulllivans Island home - project included indoor/outdoor space /pool. Exceptional quality, professionalism and results.
Besides quality of work also possess excellent design abilities - I only wish we had reached out him earlier in our planning/architectural process.

Evan did an incredible job on the gut renovation of our Shipwatch Condo at Wild Dunes. His creativity, easy going attitude, and timely work schedule made him wonderful to work with. He had great vision for the look of the condo and it could not have turned out better. He was willing to listen to any thoughts or suggestions we had, and was also great at guiding us in selecting the best finishes for our unit. His wood work is superior, and we could not have been more pleased.

Evan's company renovated our Sullivan's Island home. 3 new bathrooms, new floors, new kitchen, sailboarding on the walls. New wiring for stereo, cable and speakers. A new 40 foot pool with patio and pool room under the house was created. Garden fences as well as a new lawn, extensive plantings and outdoor lighting were installed. Evan never exceeded his original budget (unless we asked for later changes to the plan) and finished the job a week earlier than originally forecasted. Evan Diament is an excellent builder and contractor I would recommend to anyone.

Comentado: WHERE IS THE TABLE FROM?Hi Amy. I custom build the island table using salvaged antique lumber. I ordered the bar foot rail from a supplier. Then had the counter fabricated. We assembled it on site.
