Design Dwellings Inc. has been building houses and neighborhoods since 1987. They have done everything from basic ranch designs to custom homes as creative as the homeowner would like to go. DDI has a great reputation as builders and have 23 years of experience in this field. from single custom homes to 50 unit developments DDI strives upon excelence. Over the past five years DDI has been building smaller affordable homes all trough Gorham, standish and soon to be Windham and raymond. DDI has recently become a member of maine state housings "green builders" and all of their houses meet the green standards set by maine state housing. DDI is building the most efficent houses around and are one of the very few builders that can actualy call them selves green builders and have MSHA to back them up! DDI does all of their own earthwork and preperation for the houses they build so everyone is working togeather as a team.
