C&S Homes LLC did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They are professional, fair, patient and possess the best of their craft whether it be cabinet or quartzite installation. Sandra has a gift for staying calm and arriving at solutions in difficult situations. Her team are very skilled workers who always showed an attention to detail. We look forward to working with C&S Homes again.

Sandra and Cesar are excellent to work with and they did a great job remodeling are basement. They converted a garage into two bedrooms, put a new kitchen and bathroom in at a good price and quality. They stick to what they say they're going to do and they are honest. I also like that they have relationships with solid subcontractors and can get some design work done too. I highly recommend them for any of your projects and I will be using them again for our upstairs remodel.

We first hired C&S Homes two years ago for a bathroom remodel. We were so happy with their work that we expanded the job into a kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house. Cesar, Sandra and crew do outstanding work and are a pleasure to work with. The crew arrives on time, works hard, and cleans up each day. Communication with Sandra and Cesar is clear and easy. This year they completed an outside deck remodel and we highly recommend C&S Homes for any project you may have.

We hired C&S Homes to resolve a leak in our master bath. We were under a serious time constraint as our house was under contract and set to close in one month. They demo'ed, and retiled our entire bathroom ahead of schedule (in about to weeks) and under budget. My wife and I would absolutely use them again and intend to if remodeling work is required in a future house.

Sandra, Cesar and team did a fantastic job with our deck. We had an old, cedar deck that needed re-finishing and we decided to replace the handrails of the deck with cable along with creating support on the deck for a submerged hot tub to sit on the deck. Sandra was extremely friendly and responsive from the beginning with pictures and descriptions of what they would do to meet the requirements - we went back and forth quite a bit with my questions but she worked with me through it all. The work was completed in 3 weeks - they accommodated by working on weekends since the weather in Seattle didn't play along and they weren't able to stain on some days as well. Cesar and Luis pay a lot of attention to detail while on the job. They spent a lot of time on ensuring that the support structure was built to be functional and yet, safe. They came back out in less than a week to fix something we didn't like and did it for free! I highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job, finished on time and made sure we were happy with the work. The price was reasonable - our deck was repaired, outside stairs rebuilt and replaced two windows. I have given their information to neighbors as they were impressed with the quality of work performed. I highly recommend C & S Homes. I am saving my pennies to hire them for our next project!

I hired C & S to renovate the master & guest bath in our rental property after a water leak. Hiring them was the best decision. They did quality work in a timely manner with super clear and prompt communication. I didn't have to manage or worry about anything throughout the project. They took care of everything including communicating with tenants, insurance adjuster, etc. Highly recommend them.

I hired C&S for a bedroom renovation project that I needed done fairly quickly. I had reached out to about 8 different contractors and C&S responded very promptly and were the first contractors to come by my home to provide an estimate. After a few more contractors had come by, C&S proved to be one of the lower estimates and they expressed more confidence and understanding in my needs then some of the other contractors. Once we finalized on the price, they were able to come to my house within the month and were very flexible with my schedule. Their team showed up promptly on time every day, worked hard, and made good progress on a daily basis. They always left the house clean. Work took about a week to complete, and they were great about making adjustments on the fly. The bedroom turned out great, exactly how we wanted it, and have had many compliments on the work done. Will definitely hire them in the future for further work, and I highly recommend.

Cesar and Sandra were very helpful and solution oriented. When I first approached C & S Renovations to bid for demolition and removal of our old dated basement, Cesar came to our house and spent time going beyond scope of work. Discussion went from demolition to other issues I had: water in the basement, moving the door, taking down a partition wall, and building a new shower. Demolition was efficient and Cesar and his team maintained a clean working area during and after each day. We ended up contracting C & S for drywall, renovation of fireplace, new shower, new stair treads, new flooring, adding sound insulation, new window in the bathroom, and even some patchwork in our kitchen. Cesar and his team even worked during holiday season and Saturdays to get our projects done. I am planning for renovation of our kitchen in the upcoming summer and I’ll be sure to reach out to C & S.

We love working with Cesar. We hired him to replace a set of stairs on our deck. He was able to replicate it the way we wanted. He worked with our schedules and was very thoughtful and responded quickly to all questions. We were pleased with the end product and hired him for more upgrading of our large deck. He’s now in my contacts for future jobs..
