The home he built is amazing, Chris did an amazing job having the home we are in built. Whenever we need anything or have questions about the house he is always quick to take care of it.

We dealt with Chris Alexakis of Dimitri and Yianni. They remodeled our 20 year old kitchen and two bathrooms.He was very helpful with ideas and seeing work was done correctly and on budget. Carpenters and subcontractors were courteous, neat and very professional. Chris was very accommodating and easy to get along with.

We have complted two projects with Demitri and Yanni, a kitchen remodel and a master bath. We were very happy with both. Work was completed in a timely manner. Chris was wonderful to work with!

We bought a new build from CSA so we wouldn't have any projects that had to be done. Chris and everyone at CSA were easy to work with and have taken care of the minor issues we've had since moving in. Buying from CSA made our adjustment to Florida living that much easier.

This was my first time looking into buying a new house. After a long year of searching for homes all over the website and apps on my phone, I realized for the GREAT price of building a new home with Chris (CSA Construction inc.) that my search was over. I was amazed on how personable and talented these guys were when it came to buying my first home. Not only was the price way below any other builder in town, but the quality of work was amazing. You know they care about there production when the neighbors come over to myself to let me know how clean and organized this company has been through out the whole process of the build. After I moved in Chris followed up with me on any questions or concerns I may have on a weekly bases. I was amazed at how much Chris did to continue to make sure I was completely satisfied even after the sign date of move in. I truly would recommend this company and mainly due to Chris to any of my friends or family!!! Thank you for making my dream home come true! My one year anniversary is coming up on 10.6.18
