I hired CJ to help gut renovate a bathroom when I purchased my first new home. As the second owner of a house built in 1940, there was a significant amount of deferred maintenance to catch up on. CJ was great to work with and not only helped to execute my vision, but also helped explain all that he was doing. I truly appreciated his suggestion to install a heated bathroom floor. While I thought this to be an extravagance, CJ showed me how this simple upgrade would be worth it in the long run. His was the voice of experience, and he helped me think carefully about the final product and remained respectful of my budget. In addition to the bathroom, he helped me relocate radiator pipes when we took down a wall in the kitchen. He then did an excellent job rewiring three rooms in my house. Always thinking ahead, CJ took the extra time and helped me run three more lines from the basement to the top floor, for future projects (all of which were needed the next year). He’s the most honest and hard working contractor you’ll meet. You can rest assured that his work is as sound as his commitment to your happiness.

Projects of passion require people with passion. In my case I wanted to create a living space that I love. I love being in my space. CJ managed to bring passion, wit, service and skill to a complicated and intense scenario. Get to know him and you will forever be grateful for his service by way of skill, passion, devotion and soul.
