CPK Construction is a professional, knowledgeable and trusted team. From start to finish, their work was well planned, high quality, and executed to fit our needs. My wife and I engaged CPK for a major (over $300,000) project about 15 years ago. We were so pleased with the results and with working with CPK that we engaged them again about 2 years ago (exact date uncertain and both multi-month projects) to alter three rooms, including a complete new and enlarged bathroom, a new dressing room and a newly designed office. Everything turned out terrific. We recommended them to a neighbor who had similar experience.

We had CPK do a huge renovation on our entire home and they went above and beyond our expectations. They were very promp and professional as well as very reseptive to our needs and requests. We purchased and combined two units in a historical building requiring complete restoration. The structure presented many challenges due its age and construction. The team at CPK accessed experts in restoration of historical property and worked closely with them to complete the first such restoration of its kind in Cleveland. The Cleveland Restoration Society was involved and gave their enthusiastic support. The completed project is exemplary and was nominated award. I have referred others to CPK and would recommend them without reservation.

We worked with Parallel Partners, the design-build arm of CPK Construction, for our old house kitchen design and reno in 2014. Design was a collaborative process and a real pleasure. Using the existing footprint we were able to greatly expand the efficiency of the kitchen. The finished product is superb in craftsmanship and quality and everything we hoped it would be. The project came in on time and on budget and Chris and his crew were a pleasure to work with.

CPK recently completed a complete reconstruction of my property. The property is historic making the project anything but routine. The team at CPK came recommended by my architect and I was not disappointed. they are professional, courteous , expert, timely, perfectionistic, rational, and realistic. They fairly represented the costs and timeline and offered valuable recommendations to resolve the challenges associated with the project. The project was large and had never been attempted in Cleveland. The outcome is exquisite. I have and will continue to recommend CPK to my friends and family.
