Chris is absolutely AMAZING and we highly recommend him for a home renovation project. This was our first major home renovation and of course heard many tales of contractor nightmares. We have just finished the project and had zero of those issues. Chris is extremely professional in all of his dealings and kept to his word throughout the entire project. The project was quite large and included: A third floor addition (additional bedroom with full bath), addition of a master closet, master bath renovated, 1/2 bath renovation, new flooring and painting throughout entire house, new siding, portico, new roof, all new windows, upgrade to HVAC and insulation. He was at our house all the time checking on things and even when he wasn't, he called or was easy to get a hold of. He managed all the folks working for him - both employed by him and subcontracted. The craftmanship was top notch and high end, with a lot of attention to detail. If he didn't like how something was completed, he had it redone - and didn't penalize us for that. He worked with us to understand our budget and was fiscally conscious for the whole project. I can't say enough about how smooth everything went and how happy we are with the outcome. My father worked in the business for a bit and Chris' work met his standard of approval. Chris has obviously been in the business a long time and was able to anticipate problems and solve issues as we went along (house was originally built in 1950s). I did not have to worry or chase anyone during the project.

I recently hired Chris Craftsman for my kitchen renovation, and the outcome is absolutely stunning. Chris and his design team demonstrated remarkable expertise, efficiently utilizing the space and incorporating my personal style. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent. My new kitchen has truly transformed my home.

We found Chris through google to remodel our main bathroom and main bedroom. He was very responsive throughout the process, gave us good advice on our design decisions and was able to deliver excellent work that fulfilled our expectations. His staff was friendly, respectful and professional, and aside from some delays on material deliveries that were out of his control, there were no major setbacks or surprises. He’s not the cheapest but after the project was done you could see the value in the quality of the work. We will most likely call him back for future projects.

Chris did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He was easy to work with and completed the remodel on time. We will be using Craftsman Development for our next bathroom remodel.

Chris completely redesigned our outdated master bath, bedroom and master closet from its original 1965 blue wall tile and complicated floor plan. He made all the space usable and now we have a floor plan that really flows. He figured out a problem our two past architects could not. From our initial meeting I knew Chris had the skill and ingenuity many contractors do not. He also works with the best suppliers and vendors and got us high quality tile, fixtures and stone at a discount. It was clear from the start Chris had the knowledge and skill to get our job done smoothly and in a timely manner.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job on the remodeling of my 100+ year old house. The renovation, which involved a new kitchen, a new bathroom and powder room, and what ended up having to be an almost complete rebuild of an extension, was no cakewalk. There were some major issues with the house that became apparent only after the initial demo, but Chris was a reassuring presence through it all. Home renovations can be a stressful, costly, and frustrating, but not with Chris. Not only did he do a phenomenal job on the planned renovations, he took all the curveballs that the house threw at him in stride. Throughout the job, Chris was honest, transparent with the pricing, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Could not imagine having gone with another contractor. As with all things related to home ownership, the projects are never done, but I will be working with Chris on the next one for sure.
