Justin remodeled our kitchen and bath in 2010. The craftsmanship is superb. We actually enjoyed the entire process and we'd love to do it again. I was excited to see his pictures on Houzz. It makes me want to move, just so we can do another remodel.

Cardea Building Co. recently completed an extensive kitchen remodel designed by our studio. Justin and Dan are professional, thoughtful builders who consistently manage quality, schedule, budget and communication. Our clients lived in the house during construction, and Cardea maintained a high level of respect for the clients' home and peace of mind.
Justin and Dan were thoughtful and collaborative with our design team. The finished space exceeds expectations with superb craftsmanship and detail.

I worked with Cardea on a beautiful renovation in a high rise building in San Francisco. The project ran smoothly even with the difficulties that San Francisco's Building Dept brings. The quality of work was superb, the response time was immediate. They were great to work with and we will work together again very soon!

Cardea just finished a kitchen, dining and living room remodel for me. Their work is top-notch and they did a fantastic job. They also kept things close to budget and on schedule. I was really happy with how responsive they were to e-mails and calls, and they kept me apprised at all times of progress and any issues. Plus, they are just really friendly, nice people, which made working with them that much better. This was my first remodel project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again!

I did a significant renovation; master bath which included combining two rooms, a full kitchen remodel, and several other side projects. The experience was outstanding. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work. The best part is that the people are simply great, intelligent, thoughtful people. I was extremely appreciative that the "to do" lists were all theirs, not mine. A great experience.
