Juan Carlos, C House Renovations, did a wonderful renovation job at our Galveston Island beach house. He had creative ideas for design, and offered suggestions that were right on point. He remodeled our master bath with beautiful tile floors. The old tub and shower were removed and replaced with a walk in shower with full glass doors, a pebble-lookIng shower floor and complimentary tile walls. Beautiful! He built a small, tiled, triangular sitting area in the corner, which we love. Also, suggested was the movement of the toilet from beside the old tub to the back wall behind the new vanity. So much better. Our bath is up-to-date with up-to-code fan, switches and framed mirror. I can’t say enough about our redesigned living room fireplace that is now the focal point of the room. There was great attention to details. Next, our new kitchen is fabulous and open. The bar was lowered and a beautiful granite countertop was installed throughout the kitchen. The living room, dinning area and bathroom were all painted again with focus to details.

C House Renovations has done some truly remarkable work in the Houston area. When my seller client (I’m a realtor), needed to have some work done I immediately referred them to C House Renovations, not really knowing what my client wanted to have done, however I knew it could be handled. The owner used to be a Realtor and knows what makes houses sell and the quality of work buyers expect. My client contracted this company and the job was done impeccably well. When referring this company in the future I will refer to them as Quality over price, and price comparison is on par with other renovation companies, however the quality was by far better than other companies I’ve referred. I will definitely recommend this company to any client, friend, or family who needs help!

I’ve used C House for a variety of projects around my home for the past 3 years...a new fireplace surround, wood trim for my kitchen, sheetrock repair, new roof, new breaker panel, ac repair and replacement, plumbing issues, new hot water heater and house painting. They are my go-to Contractor. Each time, I got a fair price, the work was done professionally, the guys were extremely nice and I couldn’t have been more pleased. You name it, they can do it. And no job was too big or too small. I can’t say enough good things...and believe me...I’m very picky.

Probably one of the nicest person Ive met ... He was very knowledgeable and gave me options with my renovation as well as work with me on prices.. He wasn't just there to collect a paycheck he work with me and you can tell he wanted me to be happy at the end of the day. He's work on my bathroom was top notch. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others ... Juancho and he's team were very polite and hard working. i can't wait to use him again again !!
