They will consult with you getting an idea of what type home you are planning to build and assist you with the process. They will review your house plans and schedule a meeting with your architect of necessary to discuss the details of your plans. If you have property, a site evaluation may be scheduled. You will also be asked about financing of the new home. Do you plan to mortgage the home, pay cash or a combination of the two? We will then tailor a program and design a home to meet your needs. You will be guided through the entire home building process from start to finish.
