BWB Builders was formed by two former employees of Chris Donatelli Builders, after Chris announced his retirement. BWB Builders is run by Humberto Barrios and has carried on the CDB legacy, keeping key personnel with many years of Award-winning construction experience has maintained our commitment to customer service and continued success. We pride ourselves on quality, organization, schedule, and communication. Our Carpenters and Project managers are Certified Lead Carpenters and/or Certified Remodel Carpenters, and all have many years (14-30) in the industry. Organizing document control is also key in communication and scheduling. Before a project begins we create a Gantt Chart Construction Schedule for management and accountability. Schedules along with Job Progress Notes are reviewed each week at weekly construction meetings. This allows for schedule, construction, and design issues to be discussed routinely for a successful project. Please contact us if you have any questions or remodeling needs.

Without reservation we give Barrios Wagner our highest recommendation. They have helped us with big projects as well as small handyman projects. They are timely, professional, and provide consistently quality results. Our most recent project involved several phases of work (dealing with the city, replacing our sewer system connection, driveway, walkway and sidewalk replacement) over several months. Humberto was accessible, maintained quality control throughout, dealt with all city requirements, and kept us in the loop throughout. When the job was done, he personally conducted a thorough walk through with us. The office staff was always available, friendly, and followed through with any concerns. Barrios Wagner is simply the best!

We've used Barrios Wagner builders a few times and they are fabulous. The quality and finish of their work is excellent, they are flexible to work around our schedule (including a 2 year old who naps!), they come up with creative solutions to meet our needs (including adding a loft area above a closet mid-project) and they were totally comfortable accommodating our amendments mid-project. We will absolutely use them again!

Barrios Wagner performed a significant remodel of the master bedroom suite of my Cupertino home as well as a number of other smaller tasks. We worked directly with Humberto (Barrios) and Mark (Wagner) and found them to be personable, capable and open in their communication. Furthermore all of the other on site staff followed this pattern, an important consideration as we continued to live in the home throughout the project. The project schedule presented prior to commencement was always within a day or so at any point throughout. Any difficulties (there are always some) were quickly addressed or alternatives provided. Perhaps the best testimonial is that we have asked them to consider another project for us.

We had Barrios Wagner do a major renovation our Palo Alto home and it was a wonderful experience. Very Very profession and excellent workmanship. Grand people to work with. Would highly recommend them everyone !!!! Have no fear with Barrios Wagner !!

Barrios Wagner Builders completed a whole-house remodel on my client’s home in Palo Alto, CA. The BWB team worked closely with the interior designer and me through every step of construction. The crew was professional, the process was well-defined and the communication was clear. They honored our design intent, addressed changes efficiently, and worked steadily to keep the project on schedule. It was a pleasure to work with Elio, the lead carpenter. His positive attitude and calm demeanor set a wonderful tone on the jobsite. Clearly, Elio and the entire BWB team took great pride in their work and quality craftsmanship. We were in good hands. The result - a beautiful and elegant home! I highly recommend BWB, and I look forward to working with them again.

BWB are building 2 of my current projects in Palo Alto, CA. They have a great team of dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and in their relationship with the client. As the architect, I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail - both in their work on site and in their project management. They are easy to work with and respect my design standards - and were able to finish 2 weeks ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Barrios Wagner Builders.
