This builder delivers superb quality, timely performance and great customer service. I cannot speak too highly of their attitude, responsiveness and work. If you're looking for a worry free project, I highly recommend you invite American Tradition Builders to bid. May not be the cheapest, but overall, you will be satisfied, just as I am.

Craig is as honest and nice as they come. He built a beautiful home behind our house and we worked together on building a block wall for privacy. He also helped us out by adding another block wall on the other side of our property. He didn't have to do the since it had nothing to do with the home he was building but he took the time and effort to help us out. He was also so helpful in providing us with advise and contacts for other projects we had going.

Craig Banner and ATB came highly recommended for a kitchen remodel (( plus a number of other renovation projects, including pool, landscaping, new irrigation system, exterior painting and other work - a big set of projects) by real estate agent who has often helped us in PV area. From the start we were impressed by the ease of working with ATB. We have done remodeling of prior homes in Chicago and AZ . We explained what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Craig made several suggestions and gave us excellent ideas for how to proceed. I want to highlight a few reasons why the experience has been excellent. These projects are always stressful and issues come up. With ATB, we have had good communication throughout, the quality of work has been excellent, well-qualified subs have been hired to handle other projects with good oversight by ATB, the project is on schedule and all of our expectations are being met. The most important attribute has been Craig Banners integrity. I'll give one example. After the project started, we had a major plumbing problem come up that good not be anticipated. It could have torpedoed the the project. Craig came up with a solution, gave us a fair price and has kept the project on track. We are very satisfied.
