I called Jim about the need to replace all of my Living room and office windows(They were 90 years old. Jim came over with 1-2 hours, took measurements and inspected the house. One week later Jim and his crew came over at 8:30am(just as he said they would!). They replaced five of the seven windows that day and returned the next morning to finish with the last two. They were fast, efficient and did a perfect job. I have four more to replace and hope to do it this summer or next. Allen and Allen will be the only company I will trust with this. My home is an Historical home. I had a different contractor do some work a few years ago. I thought they did a good job until Jim and company took over. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. On time, the estimate was right on the money and the finished product exceeded my expectations!

Allen and Allen Construction has worked on many projects in our home over the last 30 years - window and door replacement, bathroom remodel, flooring throughout the main living area, foundation construction for a 4 car garage. They communicate well at all stages of the project and are knowledgeable enough to make suggestions during the planning stage. The workmanship is excellent. The workers are polite, clean, and worked to accommodate our pets during the projects. At the end of the day the work site is picked up and clean. We no longer ask for an estimate because we know their pricing is more than fair and the work will be done correctly. We are looking forward to our next project with them.

Allen and Allen has worked on our office and residence. Jim and his crew are prompt, efficient and provide a top quality results. Our recent bathroom renovation went smoothly. Jim was willing to let us order some of the hardware to save money. Allen and Allen also remodeled our office over 20 years ago. It was a large project (over 3,000 square feet) and everything went as planned. On time and within budget.
