My home needed lots of repair and updating after hurricane. Alair homes Sanibel of Fort Myers did an outstanding job. Their team of Glen, Kevin, Bradley, George, and Buddy, and rest of crew really pushed to get it completed, in spite of highly in demand subcontractors. Great attention to detail and timelines resulted in a stunning new home. I highly recommend this company for a refurbish or rebuild.

I had the opportunity to work with Alair homes right after hurricane Ian practically destroyed my home on Ft Myers Beach. Because of their talents and skills and the ability to get the job done I not only was able to get back into my home, but they made my home nicer than what it was before the hurricane. They are a professional company whom I would recommend to anyone who may be thinking about building a first-class home.

RUN AWAY! This builder is the one who gives builders a bad reputation. The Alair “transparency” is about as transparent as mud. There is double dipping and any mistakes made the client pays for it. The owners will charge you for everything but have no issues taking your “extra” materials home for their own use and giving you no credit or padding in mistakes from other jobs into your cost. Not an honest company, BEWARE!

We have no idea who this person is, but for those reading reviews, I would greatly appreciate you reading the other 67 Reviews prior to this one. This person created a Houzz account just to rub our name in the mud. We would have gladly addressed their concerns if we knew who they were.

I ran across Alair Homes on the Houzz website. Was glad to see a company that would come all the way out to Alva and that project size was no problem. After meeting with Glen, and later Kevin and Susie... I knew we were a good match. They built my small "forever home" during some of the most stressful times to build a home... (covid shutdown, supply chain shortages, Brandon, me having surprise heart bypass surgery [unrelated to this project]...) Susie stayed on top of my budget and for that I thank her. Trustworthy team! Thanks all!

The Alair Homes team was very helpful and detailed in the remodel of the home we purchased on Shadow Lane in Fort Myers. This was a total renovation down to the outside walls and then installing a new interior configuration; plumbing, wiring, insulation, bathrooms and kitchen. Susie kept us updated and informed. We were pleased with the completed final result and would recommend GH3 to anyone needing a reliable, trustworthy contractor. Paul

If you are building a custom home or remodeling your existing home, Alair Homes Sanibel are the professionals you should hire, period. After years of problems with multiple builders on our new home on Fort Myers Beach, we finally found Alair. Their approach was very different from the three previous builders. They prepared a detailed plan and were completely transparent with pricing. They gave us a schedule and executed flawlessly. They communicated with us daily and were responsive to every request. We were completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their work was meticulous. Their project manager was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We have never experienced this type of service and execution in construction, or any other service for that matter. Thank you Glenn, Reina and Kevin for finally completing our dream home!
