We also provide authentic antique hand-hewn and rough-sawn beams and other reclaimed building materials. Whether it's a 200-year-old tobacco barn from Kentucky, a Ming dynasty Chinese temple, or an actual old floor from a civil war era home or from an old European farmhouse, each of our floors has the character, beauty, and history that can only be created by time. We also provide authentic antique hand-hewn and rough-sawn beams and other reclaimed building materials. To ensure attentive and dedicated service to each client we operate by appointment only. Every floor we make is custom and the pricing is dependent on the particulars of what you select. The species of wood, age, and provenance of the wood, engineered versus sold planks, widths of planks, custom edge or surface treatments, and custom finish all are factors which determine the price. We have a variety of options and can help you select the option that meets the needs of your project and your budget. Our reclaimed barn wood flooring starts at $10sf.

I recently completed a beach house with flooring from The Vintage Wood Floor Company. The client requested something warm and rustic that would hide wear and tear from beach sand and dog paws. The flooring we selected accomplished all of these things, but what I wasn't expecting was how much it added to the interior architecture of the space. It enhanced the entire look and is the first thing everyone compliments when the walk in. Also, The Vintage Wood Floor Company was organized and responsive and delivered the product on time. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them on future projects.
