We had an outstanding experience with Bryan at Premier Carpet. The quality of the product is excellent, the pricing is competitive, and there is a wide range of choice to fit various budgets. But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. It was a very comfortable, unrushed and low-stress browsing and shopping experience. The hardwood section is extensive, and he was flexible with proposed installation dates. On the day of our visit, we saw many people come into the store, and even the things we overheard him talking about with other people were helpful to us in helping make our selections.
