Cemco construction company just finished our custom home in Vero Beach and I couldn’t be any happier with this beautiful home he built. Ali Qizilbash was fantastic to work with throughout the process. He was very detailed oriented and kept us informed every step of the way. He is a very professional builder and works with excellent subcontractors that can’t say enough positive comments about him being the best builder in the area. As with any project of this nature, we had some minor issues but when brought up to Ali, we were able to overcome them and get them corrected. Overall, it was a seamless process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Ali to build if you’re planning on building.

I first met Ali thru the local Chamber of Commerce. He belongs to various business groups and at this time chairs the local Exchange Club group in our area. We had the pleasure of working with Ali and the talented people at CEMCO Construction in 2017 when we worked on both an extensive home and medical office renovation. We found Ali to be extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. First our home, he was able to transform a run-down beach cottage to a true family home. Ali is a meticulous planner, but always had the flexibility to accommodate our changes. Further, Ali always uses the same high-quality sub-contractors who take pride in their craft. We know this because, we have lived in the house for almost three years and everything works the same way it did on the day we moved in. During the middle of our home renovation, we acquired a medical office. Ali and his team showed the same dedication and quality of workmanship. The office is both beautiful and functional. But major kudos go for the delivery timeline. Ali had to deliver the office on Christmas Eve so we could all move in the day after New Year’s. Knowing this tight deadline, he delivered it a week ahead of schedule, allowing us to move in early and enjoy our Christmas holiday. Obviously, we highly recommend CEMCO for any construction project. We have completed 2 projects with Cemco Construction. The first was our custom home in 2009. Ali's attention to detail and timely scheduled process allowed us to make our selections without feeling rushed. Our most recent project(completed in July 2020) was the total renovation of our 14,000 sf office building of apprx $1.3m With Ali's help we just won Architectural Award from the Chamber of Commerce! yay! Ali's integrity, problem solving, accurate planning and patience were the reasons we chose Cemco again to do our biggest project. Thank you Ali! Its always been a pleasure. As we all look for the same qualities in a builder, it was my hope to find not only quality, but integrity as well. Ali displayed all of the qualities of a true professional. From the beginning, he worked with incredible diligence to make sure that we covered every base. The workmanship has been nothing less than a "10". All of his subs were as professional, and their quality was outstanding. He made certain to use the highest quality of materials, and never cut a corner from the start, if anything, went the extra distance to over build, not under build. Today, we are less than a week from completion, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Building an expensive house requires trust that your builder will financially manage your asset with honor and integrity. His bookkeeping was impeccable, right down to the last dime. Never was there a discussion about any mismanaged portion of this job, Ali performed at the highest level from the day we met. He not only saved money on certain aspects of the job, but gave you more than you expected. I have spent the past 4 months looking for the next project from CEMCO to build. A true gentleman, I look forward to working with him again.

Contracted with Ali Qzilbash, president of CEMCO Construction, for a new house in 2016. Ali, a certified engineer, struck me as a perfectionist from the beginning. However, since it was going to be a long distance build for us, Trust was a major factor. The house was completed on time and despite requiring many upgrades and amenities, Ali did not disappoint. Throughout the process he kept us informed and was true to his word. His perfectionist tendencies resulted in a near perfect product that we enjoy and take pride in every day. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to our closest friends.
