He did renovations on our pool after our friend used it It was renovated in 2017 The work is not durable.. Cracks in the coping stone, paint peeling off after two years..I would use a reputable pool company in the future

I recently hired Starwood to remove some large overgrown trees that have become a problem. The price was excellent. The trees were removed quickly and replaced by four ornamentals that have enhanced our front and back yards. Alan and his crew have done a number of projects for me over the years and I have always been more than pleased. The jobs have involved a basement water issue, cement patio replacement, hot tub installation, deck reconfiguration and many smaller jobs that most companies have no time for.

I met Alan Morrison and Starwood Masonry, Inc. thru a referral from a prominent realtor for a pool inspection on a home that I planned to purchase. Alan gave me a detailed report of the pool that was extremely helpful at settlement. Afterwards, I hired Starwood Masonry to remedy the problems encountered with my pool as well as do point work on my chimney and help create a master landscaping plan for my property. Starwood resolved my pool issues within my set budget, helped me with information so I could maintain the pool afterwards and is now doing additional excavating and water drainage work around my property. Alan and Starwood have been attentive and ever responsive. Alan is always available and comes by when convenient for me to discuss and plan. His team’s work product has been top notch. I hired Alan Morrison for an 80,000 dollar pool and spa project for my home that started April 19 and we were told it would be done by Memorial Day weekend. It is now August 1st And pool is still not even a 1/4 of the way done. I’ve had to do his job and get a gunite company to come out and shoot the pool. My back yard still has the original piles of dirt from the hole in it and the weeds are outrageously over grown in my back yard. I work in construction myself and have never seen a project operated this poorly. I still haven’t even been shown them.. it takes a pool an average 6 to 8 weeks to build.. it is now week 17,18 and not 1/3 of the way finished. I hate say this has been the worst experience of my life. Please reconsider hiring him.. I’m 53,000 in debt now with a embarrassing looking yard with an incomplete pool. He still refused to give me a completion date.

I hired Alan of Starwood Pools to do installation and landscaping work for a pool at my home a few years ago. Not only did this involve sculpting of a sloping back yard and putting in new plantings, but also moving existing full sized trees into new positions. Alan did an outstanding job in drawing up and executing a design that worked out very well for years. The job was completed in a timely manner and with no unexpected expenses. I highly recommend his services

We hired Starwood Patio and Pool to repaint our pool and regrout the edge and coping. The team really did a great job. Now, three seasons later, we have yet to experience a problem. They used a special epoxy type paint the seems to last much longer with no chipping or peeling. We were particularly impressed with the grout work they did around the pool edge. Additionally, Alan was very helpful in showing us how to open and close our pool. Not only did he help save us money, but he showed us a better way to do things which helps to protect the pool. When the day comes to repaint or have other work done on our pool, we will definitely call Starwood.

I have had occasion to use Starwood Pool, Patio and Pond several times over the past few years and have always found Alan Morrison and his crew to be highly competent and very pleasant. They have taken down trees in my yard, fixed a patio that was sinking and causing water to leak into my basement, put in a new stairway from the basement leading to the outside yard ( damaged by the leak ) and installed a hot tub. All of their work was high quality and the price was the best I could find. When I have a problem, they are always my go to guys.
