Our home project for 2019 included a major pool renovation. Our pool was approaching 20 years old and needed a new liner, Kooldeck, and light. We solicited several bids and chose S&R Pool & Spa after we determined they proposed the best value (price and all considerations) for our project. We just completed this project last week. I rarely write reviews but I depend on them as many of you do and need to state for the record the high quality of work done by Kevin, the owner, and his team. Everyone did an excellent job, starting with Kevin's meticulous planning, all members of his direct team including the front office, and subcontractors. All were exceptional, the craftsmanship and execution superb and truly conducted in the spirit of their tagline “We build relationships” A rarity in this day and age. From our experience, you can hire S&R without reservation. We are looking forward to enjoying our "new" backyard this summer. BR, Vince N.

Ours is an old 24 x 40 ft. pool with concrete steps at one end: not your conventional pool, Kevin did a terrific job measuring it, the liner was well made, and his team installed it very well. A big storm was coming when it was filled to an 8 in level with water, and Kevin alerted us promptly to get more water in so that the line wouldn't float. He really pays attention and is easy to get in contact with and to talk with.

Kevin and his entire crew went above and beyond for us - from concept to completion of our dream in-ground pool, we are beyond satisfied! Kevin really listened to our ideas, gave his input and ideas (so knowledgeable!), and ultimately created a plan that really suites our needs. From our communication with the office staff to communicating with the on-site crew, our experience with S & R has been superior. Thank you S & R - we are so excited for the upcoming swim season!!!

We hired S&R Pool & spa to build our pool. We have an integrated hot tub as well. They did an amazing job. They were very thorough and efficient. Thier employees communicated very well, were very polite and paid attention to detail. We literally had a beautiful pool in less than a week. We have continued to use their pool opening/closing and maintenance service. If we have a question or concern, they are very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I have been using S&R Pools for 6 years now to open, close and repair my pool as needed. Each and every time the experience starts with wonderful and professional customer service from the office (Elizabeth, Patty, Linda, or Kevin) to listen to my problem and schedule an appointment. The professionalism and knowledge of the crews that come out to do the work continues and the job is done correctly, neatly, and completed on time. I would highly recommend S& R Pools for all of your pool needs whether it is new construction, service, or renovations.
