Precision Pool and Aquatics LLC, was founded in 1995. Glenn Thorp (owner/president) began working in the swimming pool industry in 1974 at the age of 14 in Sarasota Florida. I began working for an established Pool Service company. I did everything from selling, testing water, repairing and servicing pools. After attending The University of Florida, I opened my first Pool Service business in 1981. The business in Florida specialized in Gunite pools, Pool Service, Pool Renovation, and Pool Repair. I sold the business and in 1992, decided to move back to my roots with my family and settled in CT. In 1995 I opened Precision Pool and Aquatics LLC. I began building my business with the same philosophy I had in Florida. Service, Service, Service. Clients deserve to have their swimming pools serviced by professionals who take pride in their work and realize that client satisfaction is our number one priority. Precision Pool and Aquatics LLC specializes in custom Gunite, Fiberglass and Vinyl Liner Pools. We provide Pool Service, Hot Tub and Swim Spa Sales and Service, and Pool Renovation. We install eco-friendly equipment (GREEN) and technology. (ie Chlorine Free Ionization systems, Salt systems, UV Sterilization, Variable Speed Pumps, LED lighting) We can also make your old pool look new again OR change the entire look.
