I am a Los Angeles homeowner who found pictures of Jim's fountains online. I emailed him asking for more information on materials used in those projects and letting him know that I was only seeking advice given my location. Jim was kind enough to call me from Texas and spent 1/2 hour of his time speaking with me. I was truly very impressed.

This company was a nightmare to work with. They would not show up for the job. There had to be numerous follow ups for them to show up. Once they did, the work was incomplete and erroneous. There were so many problems from placement of lights to plastering , automatic cleaner, control panels, etc.
They delayed our project for months and they were the source of immense frustration building our modern home.

We were asked by the client to provide a limited scope of services with the goal of keeping fees low. We worked with several other professionals including an architect, a homebuilder, and cleaning system manufacturer in order to complete the project that they requested. We work with these other professionals because there are certain limitations to our services, which were explained from the beginning.
Although we are pleased with the results of our own labor and the final project, the goal of every project at Ohlenburg Inc. is to achieve total client satisfaction. The complaints in this review are not a reflection of Ohlenburg Inc’s work and we are happy to answer any questions that a potential client may have.
