Apex Custom Pools & Site Development

We are moving along as fast as the county allows us, yes We at Apex can admit there has been some delays, yes, we did miss 2 meetings, but not with out talking. adding gravel under a deck that isn't in our proposal and or budget isn't something we can just gift. At apex we do plan for miscellaneous expenses and gift out minor things like adding filter fabric under a deck, which we did, adding river rock and or blue stone which isn't announced in the proposal could be gifted on your typical job, but sometimes customers seem to bring out the good things we do at apex like add an additional gas line for there grill on the deck that is an easy $700.00 change order, eat the rock excavation of $12,000.00 to keep a positive view on Apex that we don't force a signature and then change order the customer to death like 100% of my competition, when We have tried to be a teammate, sometimes the good things we do goes unseen and or untalked about...... there's nothing easy about installing a custom gunite pool spa 3' out of ground sinking into a 8' hill with solid rock the entire excavation with no help of off setting the rock that we cant foresee. I am a man of my word of a firm fixed price an did absorb the rock excavation to prove wording in a contract means everything. I did gift you a gas line for your outdoor grill with no hints of a change order. the question is, can and would you go back in time and try these same events with any contractor in the entire VA state and see if they are willing to Eat $13,000.00 in unforeseen expenses and not shut the job down until you sign off on the rock excavation, and or continue to look in your best interest of gifting gas lines for a grill that has no benefit to us other than to right some wrongs with not being able to meet on your time line let alone mine. we do communicate daily and I do more than I should chasing contractors of yours that break my machines with unauthorized use, I try and work with trades and give them my plans and hint them on what to propose with no return in mind, I will continue to fight this install and continue to try to impress, and unfortunately non of our hard earn work gets appreciated until the project is done, I have heard worst horror stories and am tickled at the quality of the project we have installed till this date. We will keep pushing forward and the end zone is near, please just don't forget the gifts and hope of a good referral hasn't been forgotten on our end for our generosity to the change orders that every pool company would entertain for obvious reasons, where we chose to ignore for marketing reasons, Mountcastledentalsurgurenbestinloudouncounty#toothlife
