Terrible service. Never received a fireplace after having the run around for months. No one ever contacted us with updates. My advice do not order and get your money back if you have already ordered.

I would give this company 0/5 stars if I could. I was told before purchasing the fireplace that the shipping time was 4-8 weeks. I ordered in November of 2021. It is now July 2022 and I haven’t received the fireplace. I was the one who had to keep reaching out to the company they never reached out to me with any kind of shipping information. I was more then patient because I understand covid could have delayed things. However, to this day I have no idea where the fireplace is or if they even made the fireplace. I kept asking the company but they didn’t even know where the fireplace was. It’s a scam! I finally asked for a refund and the man on the phone was incredibly rude as if I was the one inconveniencing him! BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER HERE ! GO TO ANY OTHER COMPANY!!

I ordered a Kidco Hearthgate and it arrived, directly from the manufacturer, completely broken. I reached out to FireplacesRUs and they apologized and got a new one shipped out to me. The second one arrived damaged as well. After talking with customer service we agreed that the best way to handle it would be if the manufacturer would send me replacement parts and then I can piece together the two gates to make one functioning one. This plan worked out great and I couldn’t be happier with my new gate! Although it was a frustrating purchase, I am grateful for the help I received from the folks at FireplacesRUs; they made it better!

I ordered my stove in October. I had to email to inquire on shipment and was not sent a confirmation of delivery until then. Then when we received the stove it was missing a leveler foot peg. A month later we had started a fire and the house filled up with smoke and would not draw. The gasket around the glass had fallen off all the way around and was cracked, could not close the door to stop the smoke from pouring into the house. So then the glass got smoke stained in between. Also the outside of the stove is stained from smoke that will not come off. Noticed the baffle cover was cracked also. I have contacted the company four times now and have been told he did his part and sent the request to the salesman. The gentleman I have dealt with is NOT apologetic, helpful, nor does he portray good customer service when he is responsible for making my issues important. I spent a lot of money and I have a stove that looks terrible and if I wouldn’t have glued the gasket would of not been functional for two month’s now. I would not buy from this company again or recommend them.

I purchased 4 fireplaces for a project through this guy. The order was made on 9-12-19, he never sent any confirmation on this close to 9k order. When he quoted me the prices he said things should go out in a couple of days and take about a week in shipping. The first 3 fireplaces arrived about 3 weeks later. The vent kits for those 3 fireplaces did not arrive until 10-15-19. the 4th heater never arrived, I could not contact Jeff nor would he return my calls. Do not use.

You provided a incorrect email address so your reciept you did not get until you contacted me you did not get it and it was forwarded to you within minutes. no one was at the property to accept delivery on signature required items which causes delays and one unit lost by the carrier. As for not returning calls when we are texting back and forurth 7 days a week at all hours how is that not communication. I'm sorry you feel that
way. I did refund you for the line lost skid right away. Sometimes when people are not
on site to take deliverys etc and inspect large deluverys For shortage etc and it takes weeks to find out a pipe or something is missing makes a fair transaction go bad. Anyway good luck with the project thanks

I purchased a fireplace and log set from them. The log set arrived broken. I tried to email and call numerous times asking for a return call but none was given. I'm stuck with a broken log set. My advice is to go with someone who stands by their product and has good customer service. No one enjoys being taken.

I spent over a month researching direct vent fireplaces. Goal was to replace the decorative builder grade fireplace to a more efficient unit that would produce heat and warm the family room. I interviewed two local companies about fireplaces and reviewed numerous web sites and spoke to countless salesman in my search for a fireplace that was within my budget. During my internet search, I came across Fireplacesrus.net. Jeff answered and took the time to listen to me about my project. Jeff, having many years of experience installing guided me to a Kingsman ZCV39 which turned out to be perfect for our home. I ordered the unit from his site and 5 days later the unit was delivered in perfect shape. It took me a week to install working on it part time. Everything went together perfectly following instructions and she fired up with the remote on the first command. This was a DIY project so during the installation I had several questions and Jeff also took my calls and or answered my email questions. Installing a fireplace is not for the average DIY homeowner. It does require advanced DIY skill to complete the job safely. Thank you Jeff for being straight forward about the fireplaces you sell and your advice that helped me accomplish this project.

purchased wood stove on 8/10/16 it's 8/25/16 and haven't received the blower. contacted Pacific Energy and found fireplacesrus.net is NOT an AUTHORIZED distributor. yesterday received email from captainsoot, have no idea who he is, said blower will be their by Friday, didn't provide tracking # and I've asked twice. BEWARE

wow its funny how it was delivered as promised look it up 9505515409586236008045 usps . You purchased a new Pacific Energy stove at a clearance price because we are no longer offering their products . You recieved the stove in 4 days and the blower in 10 if it got swiped off your porch or something I cant help that use the tracking number and see for yourself. Maybe a phone call or a email would have gone a long way. Not for nothing I emailed you the tracking and you thanked me for sending it so im really confused by what your problem is.
