Down Right Cozy

We worked with Heather on a Gas Insert project for our home in Steilacoom. It was absolutely incredible how much she knew about not only fireplace inserts, but construction concepts, codes, and just an overall vision of how the job should go. (Just off a couple pictures from my phone that I showed her) This was even before they came out to the house. When Scott came out to our house to verify what we had talked about, we could tell we were in good hands. He discussed a couple options we could do to customize the look of our fireplace and showed us how everything would go in. They put us on the schedule right there on the spot. Their Installer Trevor is a great guy. He is so polite and personable. They put down tarps and protected the furniture as they did their job. It came out great. We are so pleased and of course, we are down right cozy.
