Cozy Hearth did an amazing g job. Brian it very helpful and makes sure that you have exactly what you asked for. He hung in there even through my many questions and made sure I received exactly what I wanted. I will and have told my friends that they will be very pleased if the call Brian when they are ready for a beautiful fireplace or hearth.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brian. He doesn't represent any specific manufacturer so he gave honest advice and wasn't swayed by financial kickbacks. It was good to know that he had my interests above the manufacturer's. He was flexible with the delivery and arranged for the installation around my schedule. The project was completed in 2016 and the stove is working great with about 10 face cord going through it the past two winters.

My house was built in 1866, so I was concerned that having a gas insert might be tricky. Brian explained every detail to me and made a few suggestions (which turned out to be excellent). His crew members were cordial, professional and thorough. Brian checked later to be sure the installation had gone as planned. I had a question about the pilot light some months later, and he took care of it immediately. My bill was exactly as the estimate had indicated. The insert with surround is lovely and has worked perfectly. Just last week Brian was here to do the "tune up" for fall/winter. He took great care to protect my oriental rug and other areas around the fireplace. I highly recommend him, particularly for someone whose installation may require something other than one-size-fits-all.
