Let me start by saying that I have dealt with several contractors ( small and big companies) over the past 5 years for multiple home and office renovation projects. Richard Grenier and his team are the only ones that went above and beyond all expectations. Richard is passionate about his craft. His time management is impeccable. He managed to completely renovate a busy dental office while we kept the clinical running, while keeping everything neat and tidy. I cannot recommend RGPM enough. They will be my go to experts for any project in the future!

My husband and I were extremely fortunate to have Richard and his team conduct an extensive restoration of the exterior of our downtown century home. Richard and his team are exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and all-around wonderful people. They are exceptionally skilled, and true masters of their craft. They are real-deal, highly experienced carpentry and construction experts. They completely transformed the facade of our home, and restored its beautiful, detailed heritage look while outfitting the house with modern-day essentials such as attic ventilation and a rainwater drainage system. Upon first meeting them, we were impressed by their scope of experience, construction acumen, and kind demeanour. Throughout the entirety of the project, we were in the hands of true professionals: they guided each step of the process with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, dedication, and eye for detail. They navigated an extensive and complex project with finesse, demonstrating their high level expertise. Beyond their skill level, Richard and his team are such kind people. They are thoughtful, conscientious, and caring - I felt so comfortable having them work on our property. Richard is the type of person one simply doesn’t come by often - he is not only a true professional, but equally caring and courteous too. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Richard and his team, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Details for the project were discussed With good suggestions, dates for installation were set and adhered to. The difficult installation was completed With great skill and care.

First time working with Richard and it was a pleasure. He gave us some i great ideas on what would look the best for out project. He is easy to speak with. He was very reliable and punctual every day. He was done on time and under budget. His work is of the highest quality. Very honest person. He's a TRUE CRAFTSMAN and produces a quality of work that is not often seen in today's market. He's tidy, polite, accommodating and open to discussing ideas or suggestions and freely answers questions. Would highly recommend for any job. Honest person in every respect. Shows you his work at previous projects and not just references.

We were very pleased with the work that Richard accomplished in converting two single bedroom closets, to a larger efficient and easy access bedroom closet. We were frustrated with the small old style closets that both were hard to access and had wasted space. The new modernized closet allowed easy access and utilized all the available space. We also were very pleased with the custom made sliding doors. We found his work both professional & of high-quality; and would recommend him.

This was our first time working with Richard, and he did a wonderful job on our entry way renovation this summer. Not only were we very satisfied with the quality of his work, we were extremely impressed with his reliability and efforts to really help us plan the project to fully meet our needs. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and paid close attention to detail - I would say went above and beyond what we expected in terms of the work that he did. He was a true pleasure to work with and has enormous talent. We will certainly hire Richard again.

Excellent Work, Richard is a craftsman, very precise and detail oriented. He spent a lot of time designing my porch with the staircases, railings, deck. He consulted with me, brought my ideas on paper for me to look at. Then he took his time and did an awesome job on the deck, porch, staircases and railings. He designed and built the large tapered and curved staircase. He made all the arched steps for both the staircases. He built the gorgeous planter railing so it would not look crowded. He also built a living wall to cover the foundation and pillars. Would hire again, highly recommend him.

Richard did an excellent job on my custom staircase. He listened to any questions and concerns I may have had and brought my vision to life. He is very approachable and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend him!

Richard Grenier is a true wood-working master! He took on a kitchen remodel job no one else would tackle. He consulted with us throughout the project to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions to improve the look and functionality while ever conscious of our pocket book. We would definitely use him for any future renovations.

When we had our kitchen completely gutted, Richard was responsible for assembling all our new kitchen cabinetry. His diligent and conscientious ethics, as well as his exacting work standards, were his most important qualities which allowed the project to be completed successfully. He will continue refining his skills until you are completely satisfied with the final results. We are still very happy with our new kitchen and look forward to working with Richard soon again in the design and renovation of our basement.

Richard's superb custom-made work for a floor-to-ceiling bookcase for our daughter was exactly what we wanted All we needed to do was give him a general description of what we were looking for and a timeline of a few short weeks before daughter's return from university. Richard did the full design, construction and installation to perfection, on time and on budget. His skill and quality of work was greatly appreciated!

We hired Richard to build some cabinets for the daycare. He was always very friendly, well organized and efficient. The cabinets are exactly what we asked for. Will hire Richard again in the future.

Richard Grenier is an outstanding carpenter. His attention to detail and meticulousness are very impressive, as is his willingness to discuss every aspect of his projects with his clients. Richard was always transparent about cost, materials, overhead, and timelines. Most importantly, Richard always puts his clients first. That’s a rare trait these days.
