Natural Timber Design Ltd did work for us this summer. The en-suite bathroom was gutted and replaced and the front garden re-landscaped and tiled. I could not recommend Mariusz more highly! He's meticulous, hardworking and prompt, with excellent attention to detail and is a great problem solver. We are delighted with both the bathroom and the front garden.

Garage I called Natural Timber Design again to rebuild my old garage Mario and his team did a great job again. They Replace the roof, add a new door, window and redecorate inside. All was completed on the time where he said, Once again great job Natural Timber Design Ltd. Im highly recommend it. Thanks again for the good job .

Flat

Natural Timber Design did a great job in my flat, all refurbishment project went so smoothly. Mario as a designer he did lot's of changes in our flat, his suggestion and work experience give our flat looking fantastic. I'm so happy with the results of work and planning. Thank you Mario

Mariusz project managed and completed works on our house over a 3 week period. It was a major overhaul which included a new kitchen being fitted, new flooring throughout the ground floor, plastering, removal of walls and new doors and frames. We were incredibly impressed with how Mariusz worked, from the very first visit to look at the property and start quoting, to the numerous changes we made though out the process even once work commenced, he was always contactable, always ready to offer sensible suggestions that worked every time. Once the work began he sourced all the relevant trades people so we didn’t have to worry at all, this included specialist work top fitters for the kitchen tops, excellent plasters and he worked with some great guys when removing the wall and adding the steel. I would highly recommend Natural Timber Design and Mariusz for the professional work and quality of finish. All work was completed on time so we could move back in as a family. I would not hesitate to use him again and will certainly be contacting him again to do our decking ready for next summer.

Mario designed, made and fitted some lit shelves and cupboards in my sitting room and study. He and his Natural Timber Design colleague did a beautiful job, worked quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to have around. They were always on time and left everything tidy at the end of every day. Nothing was too much trouble and I was absolutely delighted with the end result. I would highly recommend them.

Mariusz did a great job laying floors in our living room and corridor (engineered wood). It turned out that the job was more complicated than we anticipated due to previous owners’ neglect. Mariusz explained everything and kept us informed every step of the way about what he is doing and why. He provided us with different options with different quotes and we decided to go for the option where he glues the wood to the base. It was more expensive but worth it. It has been two months since the floor was laid and we are very happy with it. The floor feels solid with no squeaky sounds and looks beautiful. Mariusz has a good attention to detail and a very professional approach to the work he does.He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does. We would definitely recommend Mariusz to anyone needing any carpentry job.

Mario and his colleague were fantastic! They replaced the flooring in our house with new wood floor. I would highly recommend to everyone-great communication, excellent attention to detail, through and very hard working. His team got the job done quickly to a a very high standard. Very pleased! Mario and Natural Timber Design have just replaced all the rotten decking at the back of my house. The job they have done is nothing short of perfect: it has entirely changed the look of the place. No stone was left unturned in making sure the job was done to the highest standard. They were quick, reliable, tidy, fine craftspeople with a great knowledge of the material. I'm particularly pleased at the way everything was cleared away. You would have no idea anyone had been there, except for the stunning decking. Mario also did a couple of other small (fencing) jobs while he was there, also done to the highest level. I am one very satisfied customer.

We were recommended Mario's services and could not be happier with the results. Mario is a serious professional with attention to detail and extremely meticulous with his work. Our flooring in a period house presented him with some challenges but Mario and his team were able to deliver ahead of time. Mario is also a great communicator who always sticks to his commitment updating us throughout the process. In parallel we had other works taking place and they kept on complimenting Mario's work. We would not hesitate to recommend Mario and his team, they are really the best!

When we first met Mario we were impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm, and he went into detail about what we could expect from the project, including a worst case scenario in case the sub floor was in poor condition. Everything was explained in detail and followed up by email with clear costings. He then dropped off wood samples on more than one occasion to make sure we could choose exactly what colour, size and finish we wanted for our new floor. When Mario and his team came to do the work, they worked extremely hard, and with great skill and expertise. The team installed our new floor with as little disruption to us as possible, and to a tight timescale. We are very happy with our new floor, which has made a huge difference to the look and feel of our living area. Mario himself is very approachable, always friendly and we have no hesitation in recommending him for any wood project.
