At Wentzell Flooring Installations, my goal is to do your job right. The first time. To your specifications. When I began installing, I discovered that a majority of installers earn their money by installing fast and getting on to the next job. They care more about getting paid than doing things right. A handful of installers set themselves apart by doing exceptional work and providing great customer service. Unfortunately, these guys are hard to find. I decided to be one of them. I used to work in human resources (five years) after graduating from university. When our company was bought out, I began moving between temporary jobs and found myself looking for work. I decided to work for myself, and Wentzell Flooring Installations was born. My white collar background focused a great deal on professionalism and customer service. I bring that to my flooring installations, along with a high standard of quality work. I'm still learning. I hope that's the case for as long as I install, no matter how long that is.
