Absolutely wonderful experience! Brooke, at the Tile Market of San Marco, has provided consistently exceptional customer service. She is professional, friendly, helpful, and extremely in tune with the tile business, as well as the individual needs of her customers. Brooke has an excellent eye for color and style. She was very patient as we were learning about all the different types, shapes and price points of tile. She answered all of our questions and provided all of the necessary information that we needed to make a final decision and order our Encore Ceramics Truffle kitchen backsplash tile. Overall, we were very impressed!

Last year they did a $12,000 job counter top & Tile installation, counter top installer and helpers good job, floor installers terrible, uneven tiles, scratches in many tiles, grout so bad we choose ice color Light white,, five days later of installation looks dirty & old We complain to Julian the mananger & Marco de Owner they didn’t do anything, they responsabilice the installer Martin he tried to clean ,brush couldn’t do nothing, finally he painted, still terrible work,,,,.. not recommended at all..be careful... my name is Patricio.

However, we do not sell counters here, do any kind of installation, nor do we/have we had anyone here named Julian or Marco. We are owned by Bill Page, who has been the owner of Tile Market of San Marco here in Jacksonville, FL since we opened back in 2002. Brooke Shimp is very knowledgable about tile at every price point and provides excellent design advice with her background in interior design. Brooke listens to the customer, is not pushy but she will give you her opinion if you ask. She can work with any budget and did not try to steer me toward expensive choices without being fully transparent about cost. I highly recommend Brooke and The Tile Market. We are thrilled with our tile choices for our extensive renovation.

Brooke is great, and there is a good variety of tiles to choose from. Unfortunately, we had an issue after installation and there was no cooperation or interest in helping. In fact, we had to ask the owner to leave our property after becoming very defensive and verbally aggressive. I could never recommend this company.
