The Tile shop

Our initial experience with the Tile Shop was great. Lovely choices and fair prices. However a week out from our job we were told none of tile we picked would be in stock until a month later than the start date of our project. We were told we didn't need to order tile early as they were popular styles. However, after we went and worked with a different sales associate she took the time to hunt down the tile at nearby locations. We only had to switch one style of tile and they were willing to price match for us.
