Let's Get Stone'd INC Marble and Granite

I could not have been more disappointed with my experience with this company and their Sales person Andrew.t Andrew couldn't stop smoking his vape pen in the yard. During the install they put a 2 inch by 4 inch hole in the wall that was partially covered by the side splash. After install, I realized that this was not from the remnant I picked out. I called and emailed with photos. This was a Wednesday AM and I was told Andrew was not in that day. I received an email on Thursday afternoon at 430 PM after calling the store twice to get a hold of him, that they "may have" used the wrong stone and to call the next AM for install of the correct counter. Friday comes and again I call 4 times trying to get a hold of him to schedule this seeing as it is delaying the rest of our renovation. He assures me they have my remnant and that the following Friday I can have the first slot around 9 am for the install. I was called the day before giving me the second slot of the day and I said i was promised the first, i was assured that this was fixed and I would be first. The day of its 10 am and I havent gotten a phone call that they were on their way. When I call the store, I get the run around that they do not grantee 9 am slots when that's exactly what I was promised. Andrew says they left the store 10 minutes ago when I call and gave every excuse under the sun as to why they were not at my house. I live 6 minutes from the store so that was a lie. They show up at around 1130 and say they were at another job before me. I asked to speak to a manager owner and was given a voicemail box and an email. I left a voicemail for the manager around that time on Friday. I travel to the store. Apparently voicemails are not listened to. Andrew did not fill any management in on the issue, despite knowing I was upset with how everything was handled. After the investigation I was told that they original counter top they gave me was the "same color" of the remnant I picked. And that the schedule issue was because it was only changed on paper and not the board and the workers go by the board. So essentially a screw up all around. Giving someone a counter that is the "same color" is not even close to delivering the right product. This delayed my entire project by a week and a half. I was told I would be credited back money for the template fee. At that point I decided not to give a poor review because Anya investigated the issue and offered the refund. I emailed back 7 business days later when I didn't receive the credit. I get a phone call back saying they need my credit card number to issue the refund. So after 7 business days (10+ since they offered the refund) they hadnt even attempted to give me my money back. Andrew claims he "thought someone else did it." Clearly this Andrew is incompetent.

Outstanding from templating to fabrication to install would not hesitate to use them again.very professional . Again very easy to work with and just did a great job

My husband and I are very disappointed in the sales and service that we received from Let’s Get Stoned. We came there originally wanting to go with Quartz counter tops and after speaking to the saleswoman regarding the pros and cons of Quartz vs Granite, we decided that we would go with the Granite. We then went out to look at the stones and were shown which stones were options for us. NEVER in our entire conversation was Marble even mentioned. When we chose the stone, yes it did say ”Avalanche Marble” but in our mind that was the name of the stone due to the design, not the material. As I said we never mentioned Marble as an option and therefore it never even crossed my mind that this was not Granite. In fact, the care and maintenance paper that we received with our receipt is titled “Granite Care and Maintenance”, again, no mention of Marble. This should have been the responsibility of the sales woman to explain as this was not the material that we asked for. If she explained the pros and cons of Marble it would NEVER have been our choice. My kitchen gets quite a bit of use and I would never have agreed to Marble knowing that it was softer and not as durable. It took us years to afford to replace our counter tops and we now have practically brand new counter tops that are completely destroyed by etching and I am sick over it. After spending thousands of dollars on counter tops as well as paying the additional $250.00 for the upgraded sealer they are telling us that the etching in not covered. We now have to pay a restoration service to have them repaired. Just a warning to others, be careful dealing with this company.

My husband who has been a contractor for many years, needed a small granite counter top corner rounded (cut) and just the side polished (see pic's). He has sent customers to this place before, so he trusted them to do good business. When he went they told him it will take 2 hours to do and they charge $200 an hour. Now you don't need to be an experienced contractor like my husband to know when you're being ripped off. He then decided to go Atlantis Granite, whom once again he has worked with them many times and they have done counter tops for our home as well. You can see in the pic's that they did a beautiful job. It took only 15 minutes and they charged my husband only $20. Please shop around before doing business with Let's Get Stoned. Excellent place to buy your granite. I redid 3 bathrooms and they installed it perfectly. The granite I chose from was absolutely gorgeous. Will never buy from the big box stores for cabinets or granite!!!

LGS installed a quartz countertop for us. We live over an hour away so logistics were a little outside the norm. They handled it perfectly. The customer service from Sarah was outstanding. The template process was clean and thorough. The install was was super professional , quick and the end result is beautiful!!! This company exceeded my expectations- and within my budget!!

This company is not worth dealing with. They quoted me a price and then would not honor that price. Then they tried to blame it on me, saying that it was my fault for picking such a nice piece. Just a complete failure on their end. All together I needed just over 100 square feet of granite to complete a new addition on my house. I had planned on buying all of it through their company, but decided to go elsewhere. Do not bother with them.

Let's Get Stone'd did a beautiful job for my client's kitchen. They provided the granite countertops and sinks for the kitchen and butler's pantry. I would use them again on future projects.

LGS recently did a full kitchen for me. They template about 90 sq ft of counter top. We were really nervous about the price tag for quartz, but LGS beat the compactor by thousands and made the price very reasonable. They were able to come out and do a template on time and then install in a few days. During install, I added on a vanity and they were able to accommodate and template the vanity on the spot. They had the stone delivered and installed two days after for the vanity. The service was top notch and timely and precise! I would highly recommend LGS!

Let's Get Ston'd provides excellent service to our customers in their selection of granite. We are always impressed by their fabrication team. There measurements and cuts are spot on. They do a great job making sure our customer gets exactly what they want in their kitchen or bathroom granite selection. We look forward to working with them for many more years.
